A lovely visit to this historic inn. The Sunday roast was substantial and delicious and the staff were friendly and efficient. My husband thought the vegetables could have been cooked for longer but I like my vegetables al dente and I’m writing this so ….. We look forward to returning.

Excellent location. Staff very friendly and food was very tasty. Breakfast was plentiful. Room was really nice with a lovely walk in shower. Bed was really comfortable. Would highly recommend. Ideal base for travelling up north. Gary was very attentive to our needs. Would stay again.

Booked a room and, only on arrival was I told it has a shared bathroom. Was travelling with young children so less than ideas. Then I saw the bathroom - urine, flies and blood on the walls! This bathroom has not been cleaned for some time. The hotel staff did a basic clean when I complained. Staff are living in cupboards along the corridor with curtains pulled over them. This hotel is tired and unclean! We slept and left.

abbiamo passato una notte in questo hotel che si trova sperduto nella campagna scozzese ma per noi era comodo per raggiungere St. Andrews. personale gentilissimo. le camere ok, forse un po' datate ma comunque abbiamo apprezzato lo stile country scottish e abbiamo dormito bene. qui abbiamo anche cenato. supercena con carne squisita. da migliorare la colazione decisamente poco sana a partire dai vasi di cereali tutti commerciali. ottimo lo yogurt ma bocciato il cappuccino.
