After having enjoyed a lovely walk in the area, we thought we’d pop in for hot drinks and a home bake before we headed home. We ordered 2 teas, and 2 hot chocolates (these were the basic, instant type, made from a machine, and we only got one small pot of tea - which really isn’t enough for two adults). They unfortunately couldn’t offer any type of home bakes however the receptionist / waitress did offered us alternatives from the main menu to which we opted for 2 slices of chocolate / fudge cake. To my shock, we were charged a total of ￡36! In hindsight I should have questioned it, surely this was an error? If not, it was very over priced for what we had. I’m all for supporting local businesses, but unfortunately at these prices, we won’t be back.

Got a first class deal for 2 nights accommodation. Though the building does show signs of age, I found it unbeatable for value for money. The manager and staff were very welcoming. On the 2nd night I opted for the fish and chips on the menu, and the fish was amazing with a lovely crispy batter. My deal included a buffet style breakfast (cooked/continental) in a warm restaurant. There is a lovely lounge area where you can relax on a sofa with a coffee or favourite beverage. I don't watch much TV, but it was a nice big screen and very east to operate. All in all a very good experience.

Had a lovely roast dinner, best I've had for ages everything cooked perfectly and very tasty, staff friendly will definitely be back.

Unfortunately we were let down by another establishment 1 hour before our meal. The Bein Inn accommodated a 17 people booking with under one hours notice to excellent standard. Thank you again for your great service.

Lovely stay overnight on our travels, staff were very welcoming and breakfast was fantastic. Car parking just across the road and we visited Balvaird Castle just a short distance from the Hotel.

We stayed here last night and it was lovely. The hotel has nice traditional Scottish decor and the room was cosy. We stayed for dinner and had two Sunday roasts and a kids meal and the food was brilliant. One of the best roasts we have had. We also had breakfast in the morning and there was a good choice of hot food as well as cereal, hot drinks and fruit juices. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a great base to explore the surrounding area. Hopefully be back for a roast soon.

Cosy Hotel just outside Perth with some nice local walks.

A great welcome. Varied menu of savoury and sweet items. We had Eton Mess and Creme Brulee. Very nice. A very clean place. Highly recommended.

Stayed overnight on the way and return from our holiday in Keiss. We had one of the chalet family accommodation units which was very comfortable and quiet, the beds were amazing for all family. The restaurant food was excellent and all the staff were helpful and friendly. Beautiful place to visit

Decided to try here for a Sunday Roast dinner. all in all it was nice , although not much meat and two tiny roast potatoes , ( big disappointment as its an important part of the Roast enough gravy and nice Yorkshire puddings . Staff were nice and friendly
