To entire team at Taj Guras, I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Pranav Sarkar and his exceptional F&B team, including Arya, Bhawesh, Anamika, Chef Kalyan, and Deepankar, for ensuring that our hearts and stomachs were full throughout our stay at Taj Ghuras, Gangtok. Your team's dedication to meeting our dietary preferences and serving delicious dishes with warm smiles was truly impressive. I also appreciated the excellent service provided by Ms. Anusha, who patiently guided us through the entire booking process over a month prior to our arrival. Her willingness to go above and beyond, including arranging our chopper service, was greatly appreciated. The warm welcome and informative briefing provided by Mr. Ankit & his colleagues at the reception set the tone for our stay. Our spa therapists, Vir and Dolma, demonstrated exceptional professionalism and skill, providing a world-class deep tissue massage experience. The gym and recovery room manager also ensured that our needs were met, including timely access to the jacuzzi and sauna. I must commend Mr. Gosh, the General Manager, for his exceptional attention to detail and thorough professionalism. His guidance on Sikkim's history and geography, as well as his efforts in planning our itinerary, were invaluable. My sincere appreciation to the entire team at Taj Ghuras, Gangtok, for their outstanding service and hospitality. We will certainly be returning and recommending your property to others. One of the best experiences of my life. The property impeccable, the staff was beyond welcoming. Everyone has gone above and beyond to fulfill all our requests with not a single no to anything at all. The spa and gym was one of the most well kept Iv ever seen. Mentioning some of the team that made this experience as heartwarming as it was - Bhawesh, Arya, Ankit, Anamika, dolma, vir,Dipankar and Pranav. Thank you to the team behind the scene that we were unable to meet but contributed equally to this unforgettable trip.

In 5-star category’s property in Gangtok, Taj Guras Kutir is undoubtedly the top choice. We recently conducted a large-scale business conference there in December 2025, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The entire team—from senior management to the staff—was incredibly supportive and proactive. Every detail was handled with precision, making the event seamless and stress-free. Thanks to to Anil Ji, Arun Ji, Alex Ji, Bijay Ji, and Aruna Ma’am—their professionalism and dedication ensured that everything ran smoothly. With such a committed team by your side, organizing even a complex event becomes effortless. The property itself is stunning and breathtaking views of the Himalayas adds advantage to it. Whether it’s for business or leisure, Taj Guras Kutir sets a benchmark for hospitality in Gangtok.

I liked the property. Property is well-maintained. The staff is good, courteous, and well-mannered. Food quality is excellent. The hotel's location is otherwise good; however, even to go out for a walk around the hotel, one has to spend a significant amount of money. All activities at the hotel incur additional charges, which are not nominal.

It was a surreal experience to wake up at the foot of the mountains shimmering in gold from the sunrise! Then to soak in the warmth during the lazy day with a cocktail in your hand which I didn't really need as the atmosphere itself was heady and more than enough to give one a high ! The staff were extremely attentive, fawning over me all the time, fulfilling my every wish! It would be very difficult to find something lacking in any way.

Taj Guras is a beautiful property with stunning views that immediately put you at ease. The staff is exceptionally courteous and attentive, ensuring every request is taken care of promptly and with a smile. The food is fantastic, especially our meal at Soi & Sake, was outstanding, and elevated the overall experience. It is truly a wonderful place to spend time with your loved ones, surrounded by nature and delightful weather. A highly recommended stay for anyone looking for comfort, warmth, and serenity. The manager Mr. Anil and his team made sure our stay and experience at the property was top notch. I would definitely recommend the property to anyone visiting Gangtok, and would most definitely like to visit sometime again. Cheers
