Lovely hotel but room could be more practical Beautiful setting and the whole place was spotless. Staff were really friendly and welcoming too. The vibe at night was quiet, which suited us perfectly for a chilled holiday. The food was ok, but make sure you book the à la carte restaurants on your first night — otherwise, you’ll struggle to get a reservation later in the week. The downside was our room — the wardrobe was tiny and only really fit one person’s clothes, and there were no drawers at all for underwear or smaller bits, so we ended up living out of our suitcases. The bathroom also had nowhere to put toiletries, which was a bit annoying. We also had some concerns about the safety of the balcony. We were on the end of the row and the side panel was made of flimsy wood — it felt like someone could easily break through it and potentially fall, which didn’t feel very safe. On the plus side, the view from our room was absolutely amazing, looking straight out to the sea. Lovely hotel overall, but we probably wouldn’t stay again just because of the room layout and balcony concerns.

We had a lovely stay at Enorme Santanna Island - the hotel and our room were very clean and maintained throughout our visit. The staff were so kind, especially the waiting team Ali, Eva, Mathew, and Rhea, who worked incredibly hard, were attentive, and always greeted us with a smile. Ferrik, the barman, also was friendly. The food was very good with plenty of variety, and we liked that there was also a snack bar option if you wanted a change from the all inclusive lunch. There are à la carte restaurants available too, but they were quite hard to book - we had to call reception and wait for confirmation before being able to dine in one as the website showed no availability. The different pools are lovely and well kept however, in the evenings we found ourselves bored. There’s no entertainment and only one bar open next to reception, which made the atmosphere quiet at night. Overall, while it’s a nice hotel and we enjoyed our time, we don’t feel it quite lives up to a 5-star standard, especially for the price. A resort map would also be a great addition, as it was quite difficult to find everything at first.

Nach Anmerkung auf unser dreckiges Zimmer wurde nichts sauber gemacht au?er das die Ameisen weggemacht wurden. Die Haare die davor im Zimmer waren wurde in diesen 5 Tagen nicht weggemacht

Ein grosses Lob an die Gesch?ftsleitung es hat alles gepasst von der ausgezeichneten Küche bis zum gesamten Personal wir haben uns in den 11 Tagen so richtig wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit besonders zu erw?hnen die Herzlichkeit an der Rezeption, es wurde uns sogar eine Tasche zum Flughafen kostenlos nachgefahren Vielen Vielen Dank bis zu n?chsten Mal in Ihrer Hotelanlage und liebe Grüsse aus ?sterreich

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cet h?tel. La nourriture est excellente. Beaucoup de choix et de bonne qualité. Très belles excursions sur l'?le de spinalonga et visite de l'arrière pays en 4 x 4. Merci pour la gentillesse du personnel. Mr et Mme launois. Semaine du 4 au 11 octobre.

Nous avons passé une semaine en couple, rien à dire hormis du très positif "superbe expérience" . Le resort est neuf, la qualité des équipements est au top, les infrastructures sont dignes du 5 étoiles annoncé. La nourriture est délicieuse, de grande qualité et variée. Le personnel est ADORABLE !! Nous rémercions chaleureusement Mohamed, Mary particulièrement pour leur incroyable accueil pendant tout le long de notre séjour, on se sentait vraiment chouchoutés ??????.

Bin in diesem Hotel in diesem Jahr bereits zum dritten Mal. Habe von hieraus die unglaublich sch?ne Insel mit dem Mietwagen erkundet. Der Service die Freundlichkeit der Angestellten und die moderne Architektur haben mich bewogen alleine in diesem Jahr wiederholt dieses Hotel zu buchen- obwohl ich bislang nie mehrfach in dem selben Hotel Urlaub gemacht habe.

Ausgezeichnetes Personal im ganzen Hotel, alle sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Maria vom Empfang ber?t sehr umfangreich zu allen Ausflugsm?glichkeiten und ist sehr bemüht um die Zufriedenheit ihrer G?ste. Die Restaurantleitung ist ebenfalls sehr freundlich und engagiert, kümmert sich hervorragend um ihre G?ste und ist dabei sehr lieb im Umgang mit ihrer Crew. Die Anlage und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Sonst die Reinigungskr?fte sind sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Top ervaring. Het uitzicht en alle zwembaden zijn heerlijk. Elke dag lekker gevarieerd eten. Als je hierheen gaat zou ik all inclusive nemen om van alle luxe te genieten. Je hebt keuze uit verschillende restaurants en verschillende services. Het personeel doet goed hun werk. Ze houden alles lekker schoon. Ik heb met Mohamed echt een band opgebouwd. Het is een hele lieve aardige man die altijd helpt met alles en altijd vraagt of alles oké is. Als je hem ziet maak gelijk even een praatje met hem!

ENORME ou c est le mot. En fait c est un bel établissement qui peut plaire aux personnes qui aiment se faire voir et passer son temps près d un bassin de 30cm en buvant des cocktails. C est neuf, c est énorme, le buffet est très bien garni, on y trouve de tout crétois, européen et autres. Mais c est une usine a touristes, très bruyant le matin au petit déjeuner. Un seul bassin disponible pour nager (profondeur de 140 cm). Le personnel est avenant et agréable. Il est surveillé 24/24 par des encadrant avenants avec les clients mais moins avec le personnel. Propreté de la chambre correcte, pas à la hauteur d un 4 ou 5 étoiles en France. Enfin, le comportement des clients qui dès 5h du matin viennent réserver leur transat !! Oui il n y a pas assez de transat pour tout le monde ! Donc cela est difficile d en trouver un en cours de journée.
