Have just had the most fantastic 10 days here. The location, staff (Maria to name but one) were always friendly and helpful. We had a swim up pool room which was an added bonus. Sissi is a lovely village and we had a couple of lovely lunchtimes down by the harbour.

We booked this holiday through a travel agent on a special deal. We arrived at 3am in the morning, check in was super easy, you use your mobile phone and scan a QR code, inputting your details. We were then taken to our suite by buggy, very nice touch. We were located in the second building across the little road, this didn’t bother us at all. Things are spread out a bit but you soon find your way around. Our room/suite was gorgeous cannot fault it what so ever, fizz in the fridge, replenished water everyday and fantastic air con plus a fan. Huge bed, lovely sheets and pillows, mattress a little soft for our liking but slept like a log. Pools. We used the pool near our room which was located by the snack bar and Nutella pop up. Waitress service was excellent couldn’t fault it. The guys work hard and long shifts but this never showed, always courteous and polite with lots of smiles. We did go and look at the other pools but couldn’t get beds as we didn’t get up until 9am each day., but plenty around the pool we used. Food Food was excellent, so much choice, hot and delicious, snack bar was our favourite but the Buffett was fantastic and so much choice. Location Very quiet, we walked into Sisi a couple of times, very cute little fishing harbour with some restaurants. We had a few drinks whilst visiting and found our way around very easily. Beach. We walked to the beach and then found another 1 further over the rocks, there is a road which takes you there also. Lovely crystal clear water and sinners were very reasonable. Entertainment. Not much, this is what let the hotel down in our opinion. All in all a beautiful boutique resort, rooms fabulous, service fabulous, food and drinks couldn’t fault it. Would we stay again! Yes most definitely but for time to relax not our main holiday as we like something a bit more lively.

Visited this stunning hotel on a last minute holiday Clean modern food and staff amazing Thanks to Mary in the restaurant and her team for giving the best service Rooms very comfortable Today it was the last week of opening the quality was the same Sunbeds were very low and comfortable All in all loved it Downside is it can be over an hour transfer sissi village stunning

Séjour très décevant pour un h?tel annoncé comme 5 étoiles. Nous y avons séjourné 15 jours. Au premier abord, tout semble idéal : bel extérieur, cadre agréable… mais au bout de quatre jours, on se rend vite compte de la face cachée. Remontées d’odeurs dans la salle de bain, sèche-serviettes à moitié décrochés du mur, évier mal fixé, finitions baclées et VMC bruyante au point de réveiller les voisins. à ce niveau de gamme, on s’attend à une prestation irréprochable, mais ce n’est clairement pas le cas ici. Même pas une simple bo?te de mouchoirs dans la chambre, pas de trousse de bienvenue (coton-tiges, cotons, etc.) — ce qui est pourtant courant dans des établissements 4 étoiles. Le passage quotidien du karcher à des horaires dérangeantes n’a rien arrangé. C?té spa, les murs à la sortie du hammam sont moisis par l’humidité, et le moteur s’active toutes les cinq minutes en rejetant de la fumée pour réguler la chaleur. Les horaires du spa (10 h à 18 h) sont peu adaptées aux vacanciers, d’autant que le hammam ferme dès 17 h, sans raison apparente. Les piscines ne sont pas chauffées : on se demande même si des gla?ons n’y sont pas jetés le matin tant l’eau est froide. Pour rester sur une note positive, le personnel est globalement très serviable, le buffet est bon, avec une mention spéciale à notre femme de ménage Fani, toujours attentionnée et professionnelle elle nous a embellie notre séjour. Un établissement qui ne mérite malheureusement pas ses 5 étoiles. On ressent que la rentabilité et la rapidité priment sur la qualité : tout le budget semble avoir été investi dans l’extérieur pour attirer le client, mais une fois à l’intérieur, on déchante vite.

Stayed at the Enorme Hotel in Sissi, Crete for one week, end September to beginning of Oct 2025. The hotel is in a lovely location, looking out to sea but unfortunately there's lots of litter and rubbish in the public areas surrounding the hotel and on the rocks on the sea front. We stayed in the 'swim up to room' rooms facing out to sea. Views were lovely but unfortunately there was no sun on the sunbed on the veranda until at least 4pm so couldnt lay out in the sun and the water in the pool was freezing so couldnt use the pool either. The sunbeds at all the pools were gone by 7am, people just leaving their towels on the beds and no staff monitoring this. We had to sit on the grass area at the back of the hotel. Beach towels were only allowed to be changed every second day. The weather was sunny and warm and we had a nice time but definitely won't be recommending or going back as was expecting alot more from a 5☆ hotel.

I’m sure when I book holidays, they look at my name and they think, let’s put this couple at the **** end of the hotel and make them walk 15 minutes to eat and drink!! 3rd time in a row!! The hotel is lovely, an Instagramers dream! We arrived and was dumped off the coach at the top of the hill and had to roll the cases down to reception, we paid our tax and got our keys and onto the golf buggy! Where was he taking us, hmmm up the hill, further and further we went, past the restaurant, past the 3 pools, further and further to the end of the walkway and stop, where are we? The guy took us round to our room and viola, the room the furthest from everywhere! While I don’t mind walking, but when your key is dead on the last day and you have to walk to reception to get it reconnected, then walk back, it’s not the greatest walk in the world in the heat!! 2044 was the room! If you get that, don’t worry about all the food you’ll consume at the all inclusive buffet, you’ll soon walk it off!! The food is wonderful, the Al la carte is also great choices, drinks, well the bars could have more servers, than one at each! All in all a lovely place and we would certainly go back, but hopefully we get a room closer to more!!

We stayed here the week of the 4th October . We arrived 1900 and greeted with sparkling wine, check in was seamless and we were taken to our room on a buggy. Room was clean and spacious. We booked our Al- carte restaurants straight away with ease. Our time here was to relax and we did just that. Staff especially at the pool where the Italian is ( gogia spelt wrong ) was amazing around the pool and worked so hard) The lunchtime meals were delivered to our sun beds ( which we had no issues getting in the morning ) and tasted fantastic. Drinks also ordered and delivered. We ate the Al cate x2 food was fantastic. Drinks at the cocktail bar were fab and the bar tender worked tirelessly thank you so much . Meals at the buffet were also fab. Discussions regarding a map !! The resort is small once you find your way around not a big issue.

A beautiful hotel. And indeed, the receptionist was very rude, treated us with disdain when we said that the air conditioner was not working. There is a very bad smell of sewage around the room.

The location on the sea front in Sissi is lovely, we had a sea view swim up room, which was worth the extra expense. The room was spacious, but not sure why we had a fridge and a wine fridge!! ?? All the staff we encountered from the receptionists, restaurant staff, spa staff and cleaners were lovely. Used the Spa for a massage which was excellent so booked for a 2nd. If you want to visit this part of Crete you can't go too far wrong with this hotel, but I'd definitely recommend paying extra for the sea view as some of the views from other balconies didn't look great.
