Came with my partner for a night away, the hotel was lovely and clean, staff were very polite Julie on reception made sure our check in went smoothly. Compliments to the chef as the food was amazing. We will definitely be returning.

Stayed here many times Great location, Staff good, car park close by and cheap but car park is not very clean (not premier inn car park)

Sammy at reception went above and beyond for all of us today we have a very early flight and she accommodated us all couldn't be happier wit the service thanks a mill

Great location, nice rooms. Kelly & Harrison provided really good customer service both when we arrived and throughout the night in the bar restaurant

I use this hotel 3 times a year and each times the rooms get hotter…The temperature doesn’t drop enough and the windows are shut permanently you cant open them….This really needs to be sorted as you cant sleep properly as the rooms are that hot….Also they have shut off the bar to the general public .

Stayed here for a couple a nights and had a fantastic stay. The breakfast served by Sammy the manager did amazing credit to the hotel. The room was clean and the food was lovely.

Staff at Premier inn Barnsley are so attentive & helpful. We always receive a warm welcome. Particularly from James & Lucy. The room was clean & well presented.

Lucy and Harrison were amazing. On a works trip and they couldn’t help enough, they were friendly and welcoming - would highly recommend.

Harrison is a legend best service I ever had. Lucy is one of the best people I have met in this industry 100% would say again

This Premier inn is well located for business in Barnsley. As with most of these, it is the Ronseal of hotel groups, i.e it does exactly what it says on the website. Comfortable beds, decent pillows, showers could be a bit more powerful but its a small consideration in the overall scheme of things. Room layout standard, from Scotland to Taunton, and only ever two coffee sachets allocated. Prices are good, and its just what you need, after a long drive
