This is probably the best hotel I have stayed in when skiing, the hotel itself was top class with the staff from reception, porters, spa, bar and dining area very friendly, very professional and would at a drop of a hat do anything to make your experience better. We arrived at 11pm and they organised a meal for us which was very appreciated. The rooms were spacious and to a high standard. The hotels position was great, right on the piste and the ski lockers were top class - all in all I could fault anything on my stay and will be looking to return again in the future.

Une équipe qui allie gentillesse, efficacité, simplicité dans un hotel toujours aussi confortable et agréable à vivre le temps et la neige étaient incroyables, ca rajoute au bonheur ! les explorateurs en progrès ... , le spa toujours aussi pro ! merci à tous ( et surtout à Luca, Manon, Pauline, Jean mIchel , Eva, berangère etc ) qui rendent notre séjour si agreable chaque année On reviendra encore

Habitués de val thorens, le changement de direction de l'altapura nous a donné envie d'aller voir ailleurs ( personnel moins attentionné, baisse en gamme du restaurant). A notre arrivée au pashmina, il a fallu s'habituer un peu à l'architecture de l'h?tel. Initialement j'avais une préférence pour l'altapura mais le c?té plus petit hotel intimissiste a aussi son charme. Le personnel sait qui vous êtes, on sent qu'il y a un bon briefing en amont. Mais la nette différence cest le restaurant . On a eu envie de venir grace aux explorateurs et clairement sans regret. On est sur un chef qui abat un travail monstrueux. Déjà il est plus près de la 2eme que la première. Mais surtout sa gestion du restaurant le base camp est vraiment au top, du petit déjeuner, au brunch et la demi pension du soir, ca fait du boulot. Le chef patissier a aussi une sacré carte car il arrive à faire des gateaux différents chaque jour. Et on est sur un niveau très élevé ! Bref ?a nous donne envie de revenir l'an prochain Petit bémol si vous avez des enfants, la piste pour arriver à l'h?tel n'est pas la plus simple ( niveau une étoile nécessaire) et comme la demi pension n'est pas en buffet ?a peut géner un peu.

Le site vraiment sympathique,bénéficiant d'une belle décoration. L'Accueil est merveilleux. L'espace beauté très professionnel et vraiment à l'écoute.Cela devient si rare de trouver des personnes attentionnées naturellement. Un grand bravo

Sommes arrivés le vendredi 17 Janvier , accueillis par Dana et étant dans un état de santé précaire avec un traitement de chimiothérapie, celle-ci a été à mon écoute et d’une gentillesse qui font que vous avez envie de rester dans cet établissement, de plus la chambre était à la hauteur de mes exigences . Je voudrais remercier aussi Madame Yelizaveta pour la réservation par téléphone. Mes exigences pour la propreté et le nettoyage de la chambre ont été plus qu’exemplaire. Je remercie toute l’équipe de nettoyage pour le soin apporté dans la chambre. Un petit point quand même négatif, un soir nous avons eu une panne d’électricité dans la Chambre environ 2 heures et nous avons d? aller prendre une douche au spa , ce que je regrette c’est que personne de l’h?tel soit venu nous informer ,et aucun geste commercial pour le désagrément subit , nous parlons d’un 5 Etoiles . Pour cl?turer je retournerai dans cet h?tel, car je suis bien mentalement dans cet établissement et encore un personnel très dévoué .

Belle découverte Séjour court , une nuitée mais très belle découverte. L’endroit dans la station au pied des pistes. Le personnel est présent et attentif. Un endroit de rêve.

Avoid if you want good service. Very disappointing as good position on slope if you want to ski in and out but appalling service - or rather lack of it. Reception, cleaner, safety post-Covid and sound proofing is non-existent. Will never book again. Long walk to restaurants and vegans can't eat here and they don't provide vegan food for breakfast. We are vegan to try to help climate change and for our health.

Our stay at Hotel Pashmina this Easter was fabulous - from the bedrooms, restaurants, bar, spa, ski shop and concierge. Everything (except the weather on a few days) was great! We cannot fault a thing. We will be back! Thank you for having us. From the Hawkins family.

We have just left Pashmina after a wonderful stay of 4 nights. I only have positive feedback and your staff were exceptional (please let them know). The bar staff, restaurant staff, ski shop, cleaners, transport drivers (to and from town), reception desk were all super friendly and helpful. The hotel was in great condition (and I have been lucky enough to stay in many 5 star hotels) and I would highly recommend everyone to stay there if you’re lucky enough. ??

The hotel is excellent. Staff are fantastic- professional and very friendly, always willing to help. The amenities are superb especially the outdoor tub overlooking the piste - many an afternoon spent relaxing with a glass of Prosecco watching the fun in the piste. We last visited the hotel 6 years ago and have tried many of the others and whilst they were great, none came up to the standard of the Pashmina. The food (especially the pastries ) was amazing. A great hotel and a fantastic holiday. I am fortunate to stay in many hotels across the world and the Pashmina (in my view) remains one of the very best - it is helped by its situation. ! ??
