Nous avons passé un séjour excellent en tous points: chambre super confortable, service aux petits soins, décoration de très bon go?t et dans le style ??montagne??, cuisine de grande qualité et Spa très agréable.

Très bel h?tel, situation parfaite ski au pied. Un personnel aux petits soins, bar, restaurant, ski shop, voiturier, conciergerie...Tout est pensé pour un séjour agréable. Une décoration atypique très soignée qui invite au voyage...La montagne toujours présente. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine avec ce sentiment d'avoir toujours connu cet endroit et d'avoir été un peu chez nous.

Our second year at Pashmina and it is simply an incredible facility with most fantastic team from front desk, concierge, f&b team, spa, housekeeping and of Course ski shop professional. We already booked the next ski trip to Pashmina December 2026, this is how incredible this property is. Nothing is better in my experience!

Simply Superb!!! From the minute we arrived from the welcome to our departure nothing was too much trouble. Our room was absolutely stunning (junior suite), and it was the attention to detail that made it so special. I don't want to say too much as it would spoil the surprises, but everything had been thought out and executed to the highest standards (both during the day and for turn down.) The staff from the cleaners to the serving staff were just excellent and incredibly friendly and attentive. Special mention to both Robin and Anatole in the Pashmina Ski Shop who went above and beyond to help my daughter and I. They helped carry our skis and also got my daughters ski boots on, which was just a wonderful help to us both. Thank you!!! It was above and beyond expectation. The other person who deserves a very special mention is Clemence, she was exceptional and organised so many things for us. Thank you!!! Food - the a la carte dinners in the evening were delicious at the Base Camp restaurant, however the buffet nights (on a Tuesday and a Friday) were not up to the same standard. I know that many guests felt the same way that we did, and we were surprised that there were any buffet nights considering the excellence of the a la carte food. We ate at Chateaux deux Lacs for a wonderful Raclette evening (our half board was also kindly deducted from our bill) and the Les Explorateurs restaurant was exquisite and a special experience!!! We would have no hesitation, but to highly recommend staying here, it is the best ski hotel we have stayed at (and we have been very fortunate to stay at the very best hotels!) Thank you to you all and we look forward to booking again!

Tout y est parfait. Le lieu, le service, l’équipe. On s’y régale à chaque étape de la journée. Tout y est facile. Et cet esprit de famille, si rare, qui vous donne le sentiment d’y être comme chez soi. De Jean-Michel qui illumine nos petits déjeuners de sa gentillesse aux soirées bercées par le groupe Bliss, qu’on ne se lasse pas d’écouter. Vivement mars pour y revenir..

Amazing hotel and well worth the money in my opinion. Came in early December, so it wasn’t too crowded for the busy season yet. Excellent service and facility. Book it!

Perfect location on the slopes in Val Thorens. Lovely chilled, authentic Savoyard atmosphere with eclectic design and nods to alpinism and the mountains. The room was very comfortable with a very large bed and our own hammam and en suite bathrooms for both rooms. Great views of the slopes! Lovely and quiet despite being a busy hotel with bar, restaurant etc one floor below. Service was exceptional and all the staff were so professional, friendly and super helpful. The spa was one of the best we’ve experienced. The roof top external hot tub and plunge pool were a real treat after a day on the slopes. The relaxed vibe in the bar by the fire with a smoky paloma cocktail and love music was great at the end of the day. The Michelin starred Explorateurs restaurant was an amazing culinary experience.

Our entire family had a fantastic stay at the Pashmina. The staff are invested in making your stay memorable and frictionless which is invaluable. The property itself is spotless and wonderfully maintained with little thoughtful touches throughout (lipbalms and handcream in your suite should you have forgotten mini versions for the mountain; slippers and robes in all sizes - even the littlest guests will have one that fits and the list goes on). We’ll definitely be back!
