Comfortable rest in long journy
The hotel room was large, good equiped, fridge is very useful in hot days. Is is suprisingly unusual in Turkey. The only missing thing is balcony. Area in Isparta is full of good restaurants and markets. Ideal stay for 1 day while travelling Turkey if you want to visit Sagalassos.

Comfortable but noise
Don't expect a luxurious hotel, but it is definately price worthy.
There are parking place at the back, this is where google maps directs you. There is an main enterence in the front next to the main road.
The lobby is okey, and the staff were helpful in a straight face way. That is not showing happiness nor any other feeling.
The room was okey, the bed ok, the pillows a little too soft. Showers ok, water pressure and temperature ok.
I was here in october so the a? was not tested.
The double bed room was big enough.
Breakfast was good for this price range.
Location in the middle of the city, I guess, not so familiar with Isparta city.
Just a reminder. I was on the first floor and you will most certainly hear the traffic outside. And it can be quite load in the late hours, I was there saturday night. So if you are sensitive to noise, it is not for you

We arrived to find that the advertised facitlities of restaurant facilities bar, hot tub / spa tub, sauna / Turkish bath and steam room were not available. We actually chose to stay because of these facilities as we would be skiing during the day and this would have been excellent to wind down afterwards. Internet access was stated as available in the room but this was another facility that did not work. I contacted ******* who the booking was made through and they contacted the hotel. Their response was these facilities were closed / reduced due to various reasons and that a small reduction would be made. The rooms were basic and somewhat clean. The room was excessively hot and no way to turn the heating down and the air con did not work so we were reduced to leaving the window ajar at night so we could actually sleep. There was no internet access on the room even though excuses were made as to why it did not work before. Bathroom had a cracked mirror and the place looked like it needed a good clean. The room itself was spacious but again needed a good clean. The hotel stay ended up as a B&B as there were no facilities or even food served on site apart from breakfast which was warm at best. This could and probably was a really good hotel once, but it certainly isn’t any more. Save your money and check that the facilities are available or you will be disappointed.
