Still acceptable, breakfast not so good just a normal breakfast, stay the room near to lift area abit noisy can hear lift working sound.

This hotel is closed to all transport and shops. Can be reached directly from the KLIA airport taking the KLIA transit train and switching to the MRT line at Putrajaya Sentral with a cross platform transfer at the TRX MRT station to the next Bukit Bintang stop. (See photo). Hotel is a 5 minute walk from Exit A. Option is good for solo travellers compared to twice the cost of a taxi.

酒店有規定非凡国际在房間里吸煙會罰1000馬幣，但房間一進去，煙味特別的重，會不會罰了非凡国际的吸煙錢，但不清理乾凈？
但還好前臺小姐姐幫非凡国际解釋説非凡国际是女生不會抽煙，不然他們還想罰非凡国际1000馬幣。
總的來説只有前臺服務好，位置好，其他方面都不能接受。

Everything was good during the stay. Hotel a bit old but it's the location that we choose this hotel. Room Aircon always very cold even after turned off. Breakfast was decent for the price paid. Complimentary welcome tea is a good initiative.

角部屋、ツインタワーが見える部屋というリクエスト通りの部屋でしたが、隣の部屋がとてもうるさく眠れなかった為、部屋移動をしてもらいました。
対応は早く良かったです。
移動先の部屋からはツインタワーが見えなかったので殘念でした。
1階のカフェで、コーヒー&マフィンのサービスがあり、マフィンがとても美味しかった。

不錯的飯店，房間寬敞，可以看到吉隆坡的景色，入住時受到熱情接待，退房流程順利。地理位置優越。位于武吉民丹島。 |客房不提供便利設施。 |飯店雖然老舊，但很乾凈。 |早餐食物不錯。

酒店員工挺nice, 也有會講廣東話的員工
房間比較舊式，但算是清潔

This hotel is quite good for location. Surrounded by the plazas & near to bukit bintang. It’s a quite old hotel but very well in cleanliness.
If you rent a car in KL this hotel offered a parking lot at Plaza Low Yat just across the street.
I’m not sure wether there’s a new management or not but this last time i visited, this hotel has just downgraded the services. Such as the toilet amenities,room amenities and also the breakfast limits from menus until the duration time.
The receptionist some were nice but some were not especially while welcoming the guests.
Overall this hotel was just good. For the consideration with the price that the hotel given, they should have improving the services. They are many similiar hotels with the same price even the 4/5 stars hotels.
