Essa Quinta transformada em hotel com ares de Hotel Botique é maravilhosa. As fotos, ainda que excelentes, ainda deixam escapar o cuidado na manuten??o, e a sofistica??o dessas instala??es rurais. Suzana, proprietária e Design de Interiores conseguiu materializar um sonho e compartilhá-lo com quem chega. Tudo impecável, da roupa de cama à cutelaria utilizada. E o café da manh? é uma parte muito rica dessa experiência. Gostamos muito, e desejamos retornar.

Wonderful experience... Great location with open farm around.... Is a single floor rooms on one side and a Gr+1 on the other.. Farm & animals abound, which may interest kids and city folks! Lots of Parking available.. Excellent hosts, both ladies, who were very warm and caring... Your breakfast is served in the area attached to an open kitchen, prepared by one of the hosts - absolutely like at home.... Will most certainly come back again if I have an opportunity - in the meantime, wising them all the best and progress - without taking away any of that rustic environment & wonderful hospitality!

Lugar lindo, charmoso em todos os detalhes, super aconchegante onde além do conforto e do delicioso café da manh? a gente encontra afeto que da e sobra, parece que a gente está numa casa de campo de amigos muito queridos. Já é a minha segunda vez e pretendo voltar todos os anos.

Fomos em um grupo de 6 e foi uma ótima surpresa. O local é muito aconchegante e os donos e equipe fazem de tudo para que sua viagem seja o mais agradável possível Um hotel fazenda no interior de Portugal Café da Manh? maravilhoso, quartos amplos. Tomates colhidos do pé. Melhor impossível

Ficámos apenas uma noite. Quarto muito confortável. Decora??o de toda a unidade muito bonita, incluíndo a loi?a. Pequeno-almo?o diferente do habitual com mistura de sabores do Brasil e do Alentejo. Piscina óptima com vista para Monsaraz. Animais soltos pela quinta que fazem as delícias de todos! óptima localiza??o para conhecer a zona com bons restaurantes perto. Recomendo!

Loved this place. Only open a few weeks, and definitely NOT a "motel" experience. The owners are lovely folks - I was sitting outside in the evening having a cup of coffee and they invited me in to share a glass of wine with them and their friends. Room decor was very fresh and breakfast was great too. Highly recommended

We have spent an afternoon and 1 night at this new bed and breakfast and we could not have been welcomed any better! Suzanna and the team are super nice, the place is lovely and the food is AMAZING! The deco is beautiful, the rooms are clean and neat and the pool is a slice of heaven for the warm days. Definitely going back another weekend!

Viva!Farmhouse is at the edge of the village and when coming from the direction of the village you will see just the side of the building with the name sign, follow Google maps and you will find the parking by turning right, there is plentiful parking. The farmhouse has been wonderfully and generously renovated, there is large kitchen that guests can use and on the mezzaine level the breakfast tables. Real care and attention to detail has been paid throughout the property, there is a communal lounge with two huge comfy sofas and a couple of snugs that we seemed to be the only guests to use. The number of ‘self help’ and ‘feel good’ books around the property made me smile, particularly as it is such a friendly and relaxing environment you can’t help feeling good throughout your stay. The rooms are well decorated with Netflix access and modern bathrooms. I really liked the skylight well above the shower, and the entire property is spotlessly clean. We were in Room 4 and leaning out the window you can see the castle on the hill above you. We holidayed in November, so did not use the pool but had generous proportions and sun loungers given the number of guests. The pot bellied pig that bustles round the car park in the morning and the cats give it the farmhouse feel. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent, everything bought to the table, with lovely fruit, bread, meats and a hot options. Delicious. It is a good location to drive up to Monsaraz from here and there are a couple of local restaurants within walking distance (e.g. Foral MDXII), although the well-rated Restaurant Sem Fim was closed whilst we were there, which was quite ironic. There are additional restaurant options in Monsaraz. It was excellent value for money, welcoming and homely throughout, if we had to point out one criticism and this could be our age, but the mattress was rather hard for a really good night’s sleep.
