Un très bon logement
Un très bon logement fidèle à la description. Bien placé au calme, à l’écart du c?ur de ville mais à 5’ de l’effervescence. Personnel sympathique. Manque juste une petite table sur le balcon et selon les voisins, c’est plus ou moins bruyant. Mais globalement ?a reste très calme. Très bon endroit

Residence a pochi passi dal lungomare Europa e dal centro di Vieste; posizione davvero comoda. Camera confortevole e spaziosa, molto pulita (così come tutta la struttura), e dotata di tutto il necessario. Ad una cinquantina di metri dal residence, sulla sinistra, disponibile tutti i giorni un mercatino dove potrete acquistare gli ottimi prodotti locali (pomodorini viestani, nodini di mozzarella locale, origano, olive e pesce fresco); andando dritti, sulla destra, due ottime panetterie e macelleria. Insomma, a pochi passi dalla struttura si trova tutto! Vicino anche l'eurospin che si vede proprio dal lungomare ed è dotato di ampio parcheggio. Abbiamo parcheggiato in una via adiacente la struttura (si trova proprio di fronte alla polizia municipale), zona super tranquilla dove lasciare la macchina. Abbiamo utilizzato la convenzione con il lido La Bussola, davvero ben gestito e comodo; consiglio le prime file di ombrelloni dove arriva un gradevole venticello, anche nelle giornate più afose. Consiglio vivamente il residence, se ce ne sarà occasione, certamente torneremo.

Practical!
Practical apartments especially for two people. Was a few blocks from old town. Off street parking in the grounds was EUR$10 per day. Use of Washing Machine EUR$5 per load. Friendly staff, clean.

I had a delightful experience at the Fontana Vecchia residence in May. The location is fantastic and convenient, with the fruit market, food shops, grocery stores, bars, and restaurants all within easy reach. If you're a beach lover, you're in for a treat - the beach is just a short walk away. The apartments are newly renovated, spacious, and spotless. The kitchen has a cooker, microwave, TV, washing machine, dining materials, and a fridge. The bedroom, kitchen, and living area also have an air conditioner. You'll even find vending machines available in the hallway for different coffees and snacks, a thoughtful touch. However, what truly made my stay memorable was Francesca's kindness and helpfulness at the reception. I can't recommend the Fontana Vecchia residence enough for your holidays. As a bonus, there's secure parking available too.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questo residence. La nostra scelta é stata in formula B&B, scelta azzeccata per l'ottima colazione consumata a 50 m. dalla struttura. L'accoglienza é stata oltre che gentile anche molto professionale.Il monolocale ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative per quanto riguarda pulizia,spazi, e dotazione di ogni confort. Un plauso ai titolari della struttura , ci torneremo sicuramente

Conveniently located appartment
The residence was conveniently located a 10’ walk from the center, in a rather quiet neighborhood. The appartement itself was a bit small but very clean when we arrived but no room cleaning was offered or done. In fact the only weak point was that the air conditioner was located in the living room, NOT the bedroom, so the temperature was a bit warm for sleeping.
