  • Guest：Location of the accommodation was great-close to Juliet’s balcony and lots of squares and shops etc. We had a first floor apartment with a lovely balcony. The rooms were lovely and big, a bit dusty and handles/bin lids were falling off. There was air on in the room which was great, but the noise from the bar and street was awful. I had 2 terrible nights sleep because of the noise-busy road in front of the property and people sitting outside in the bar laughing and chatting, plus the music plus the bar staff cleared the chairs up making a racket. Very disappointing overall
  • Guest：Prenotiamo una camera in questa struttura, allettati dalla posizione e da alcune recensioni. Viaggiando in auto ed essendo la struttura ubicata in centro, chiediamo lumi sulla possibilità di accedere alla ZTL. Chi ci risponde è molto vago e ci dice che a Verona non il comune non concede questa possibilità. E qui scatta il primo problema, dato che chiedendo a un vigile urbano questo ci dice non è affatto così. Ad ogni modo, troviamo un parcheggio nelle vicinanze e arriviamo a destinazione. L'accoglienza è pessima: restiamo in piedi per 15 minuti dentro al bar del ristorante, in attesa che il barman tutto fare completi due drink (rimasti poi sul bancone) e fotocopi i nostri documenti (richiesti con un tono molto fastidioso, del tipo "in tanto sbrigatevi a tirarli fuori, perchè ho da fare"). La camera è posizionata a primo piano, non c'è ascensore e le scale sono piuttosto ripide (ma siamo giovani....).. La camere è molto spaziosa, ben arredata e con un delizioso balconcino. Arredamento molto essenziale, con una certa cura nella scelta delle luci. Il guaio è che le pareti sono di carta: appena al piano di sopra vanno al bagno o fanno la doccia, senti anche il minimo rumore. In sostanza: esperienza non buona e struttura da consigliare solo se non viaggiate in auto e usate i tappi per le orecchie.
  • Guest：Durante i nostri soggiorni a Verona abbiamo sempre pernottato in questo B&B, tralasciando l'impossibilità di trovare un parcheggio nelle prossimità ci siamo sempre trovati discretamente bene, peccato che il nostro ultimo soggiorno è stato talmente deludente che saremo costretti a scegliere un'altra soluzione: Musica alta fino alle 1:30 di notte, impossibile dormire (ok si è sopra un BAR...), alle 8:30 del mattino musica alta con annesso odore infernale di cipolle dalla cucina.....(ok si è sopra un ristorante..) doccia senza acqua calda....(ok puo capitare..) ma quello che ci ha spinto a scrivere questa recensione è il pessimo feedback da parte della proprietà alla richiesta di un'eventuale rimborso parziale.......indifferenza totale rispetto al disagio e nessuna risposta in merito nonostante i solleciti. Peccato.
  • Guest：Wir waren begeistert von den Bue Nero Appartments, die Lage ist optimal, man wohnt direkt in der Stadt, drei Minuten von der Piazza Erbe und 10-15 Minuten zu Fu? zur Arena di Verona. Besser geht es kaum. Unser Appartment hatte einen sch?nen Blick auf den Vorplatz, sch?nes Flair, ruhig gelegen und dennoch mitten in der Stadt. Check-in verlief reibungslos über das sehr sympathische Personal in der Bue Nero Bar. Alles top und wir würden es beim n?chsten Verona-Besuch wieder buchen.
