This is clearly quite new accommodation. We visited with two children as a quick one night stay arriving late before moving onto other parts of Italy. First for the good. An easy 20 min taxi drive from the airport which cost about 40 euros. We arrived late, host sent detailed check in instructions to get to room via Wats app video so easy enough. Room was beautifully decorated, very Italian. Lovely big beds, cool air conditioning and clean bathroom. Small kitchen facilities and fridge etc. The location is amazing. 3 mins walk from main square with colosseum numerous bars and restaurants. Supermarket underneath room open during daytime hours so you can get supplies. The negatives. This is not a hotel. It’s s few rooms located on the third floor of an apartment block, accessed via a metal side gate, another door, then up entire three flights of stairs or a very small elevator. We arrived late and there was nowhere to get a drink/ water/ snacks. Could do with a minibar option. No reception and very much do it yourself All check in etc done on Wats app so wouldn’t suit people who don’t confidently use a smart phone. No option to leave bags following day so had to lug them around to breakfast
