As you step into this lovely newly-constructed home, you feel refreshed as you gaze up toward the open-air 14 foot ceilings. Enter the living room to a plush new sofa and comfy loveseat. Past the living area, you'll find a beautifully appointed dining table with seating for 6 guests to enjoy a delicious meal.

The fully equipped kitchen offers ample granite countertop space for preparing a home-cooked meal while your travel companions join you. Enjoy the feast at the nearby dining table, while taking in the views of the pool as you dine.?The chef in your group will appreciate the new stainless steel appliances.

Bask in the sun when you head out onto the brand new screened-in lanai to take a refreshing swim in the sparkling, heated pool. Then dry off under the warm Florida sun as you soak up the rays on the plush chaise lounge chairs. Best of all, this home’s lanai features a delightfully shaded sitting area served by a flat-screen cable TV. Watch the kids in the pool while enjoying your favorite entertainment. Outdoor living at its best!

When hunger strikes, cookout on the gas grill and enjoy your lunch at the nearby patio table. After a fun-filled day, retreat to one of the cozy bedrooms for a peaceful slumber. The master has a king bed, second also a king, third bedroom a queen, and the fourth has three twin beds including a roll out. The bedding is all high quality and you can expect a comfortable and peaceful night sleep. This spacious newly-constructed home sleeps 9 comfortably in beds.

Enjoy your favorite program on any one of four flat-screen cable TVs in the bedrooms, living room, and even outside on the shaded Lanai.

Beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, pool toys, etc. are also included. Pack lightly when you travel to this lovely home, as you'll be able to refresh your laundry in the washer and dryer. The southern exposure pool is electrically heated always 85 degrees. Enjoy!

"Tahiti Beach House" is a luxury vacation rental. You can access the home using the simple front door code. Check-in is contact free. The home, pool, garage, and driveway are all yours to use.

This upscale home is located about a mile from the beach - less than 5 minutes by car, 10 minute bike ride, or 20-30 minute walk. Free easy beach access is included - we cover your beach access parking for the duration of your stay.

Please note: In times that the weather presents temperatures that are unusually cold for this part of the country (below 70 degrees) the pool heaters will not work as well as expected because they rely on heat exchange to heat the pool and the reverse heat pumps are not as efficient at heating the pool water in cooler temperatures.

Security Cameras are on the outside of the house, and are recording during a reservation, NO cameras are inside the home or have a view of the inside of the house.

Noise detection sensors installed at the property – These devices monitor decibel levels at the property 24 hours a day and automatically notify us if noise levels are too high.

No Smoking Anywhere in the home or in the common areas on the property. Smoking anywhere on property will result in a $250 remediation fee. Smoking is permitted in front of the building on the sidewalk.
Quiet Hours between 10 pm and 8 am.
Check-in Any time After 4 pm.
If Pets are allowed, there will be a Per Pet Per Day fee specific to this property
No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays - this includes "social gatherings" of any definition or reason.

We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
There will be a minimum handling fee of $50, plus cost of shipping for anything you request being returned. Requests must be made with 7 days. Outside of 7 days, items may be donated at the sole discretion of the host.
Mail service not supported. All packages will be rejected. We suggest guests that require mail delivery set up a temporary mailbox at the UPS Store or USPS
Security Deposit - any guest found to have damaged the home may be held liable and charged accordingly. Additionally, any guests found to have more people staying overnight at the property, or found having a party or event may be forced to forfeit the security deposit or may be asked to leave the premises. The authorities may also be contacted if necessary.
