Excelente experiencia en el hotel y sus instalaciones estuvo muy agradable la estadía, el personal muy atento y amable ?? Tiene una hermosa vista de los nevados y hermoso cielo de Huaraz ??????? Me llevo un grato recuerdo de la ciudad y de este hermoso hotel en el cuál pienso retornar ??
The property was very clean and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The area where the hotel is located is not in the center of town, but is a short walk to many shops and restaurants. The staff to fulfill our requests. They helped us find a tour operator, which was fabulous!
The only downside was that there was no heat in the rooms or the bathroom. It gets chilly at night at that elevation. It would have been nice to have some heat in the bathroom so you don't get too cold getting out of the shower.
Bon h?tel haut standing à Huaraz, très propre et confortable. Le personnel y est accueillant, flexible et toujours disponible. Tous quasiment parlent anglais. Le buffet de petit dej est également bon. Je n’y ai en revanche pas demandé de conseils treks, je suis passé directement par des agences.
Excelente estadía en el Hotel Cordillera, la atención de todos y amabilidad espectacular, las habitaciones ámplias con todo lo que necesitas para familias, parejas, negocios o cualquier otro plan. Queda a pocas cuadras de la plaza de armas y puedes ir caminando y cerca hay buenos restaurantes también. Las tarifas son cómodas para todo tipo de grupo y con desayuno incluido. Los pasamos estupendo para volver.
Hotel super limpio, ordenado, personal muy amigable y respetuoso. Me atendieron super bien, el personal de la noche me ayudó y fue muy paciente cuando tuve un percance. Al igual que todos sus compa?eros tanto turno ma?ana y tarde. El hotel está cerca a la comisaría y a la plaza.

Convenient location and the staff is warm, welcoming and they always were there for us to help in anything we needed.
Breakfast is well served!
Maybe it was us getting used to the altitude but we just had little trouble sleeping on the bed.
We stayed here on the way and back from Huayhuyash Cordillera circuit, and everything was nice. Staff is super helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend. On the other hand in the first room we stayed in the hot shower was very weak and the plumber was not able to fix it. But we still enjoyed our stay, and the only reason I add this detail is to exceed 200 character limit :)
