This was my first time staying here. The location is very accessible to the beach, which I really liked and made it convenient to get around. The service and amenities were good overall, and the staff were helpful.
The room was comfortable, though the smell could be improved a bit. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, especially because of the great location.

Need more security lang sa lock ng door, sana mabigyan ng susi kada tao na mag-stay. But overall, super goods ang place!

Очень чистый отель, крутой номер на 4 этаже. Очень близко до хороших кафешек и пляжа. Была счастлива, что отель оказался настолько комфортным. Кондиционер тихий, ничего не тревожило, на ресепшене всегда можно было налить питьевую водичку. В номере холодильник и чайник! В общем, рекомендую 10/10!?? Все реально понравилось ??

Water pressure isn’t good during night time. Location is only about 3 minutes walk to D’mall and near station 1.

旅店位于主干道上，出门就有嘟嘟车，走路到Dmall 只需2分钟，左右两条巷子都可到达沙滩，对面有7-11便利商店，按摩店餐厅都在旁，非凡国际住在这里是对的，参加水上活动都在 station 1走路约14分钟，旅店房间简单乾净，床品新又好睡，没有瓶装水但可到接待大厅装饮用水，房间里有保险箱，需打扫时要去柜台讲ㄧ声才会打扫，旅店服务员看到人都是笑容打招呼，惟一缺点就是旅店要爬楼梯，阶梯有点高。这里的嘟嘟车如果不跟别人并车，车资约100～150披索，如果是并车（要车上有客人）一个人15-20披索，住在这旅店几乎用不到嘟嘟车，走到哪都很方便，非凡国际来这跨年，提早三个月预定，房价CP值很高。
