非常漂亮，乾净又舒适，早上起来就能看到朝阳和海，美呆了！！！店主小哥也很nice，赞赞赞

Had a great time in white caves. Spacious room and had all required items. Very clean and good hospitality. Swimming pool is beautiful..

There we had was massive, we have been upgraded to their biggest room. The Jacuzzi outside the room is heated and lukewarm but the swimming pool is not a heated pool . The location is close to the main centre and bus stop station.
I would recommend this place.

I feel like this place is intentionally misleading. They have their build designed to make you think its on the caldera facing side. But its actually on the backside of the city with no view and no windows. This place probbanaly gets a lot of first timers who come to Santorini. Which I confirmed with some of the other folks staying there. I asked to have the last two days of my 4 day reservation canceled but they refused. However they did let me stay in my suite instead of changing rooms... but still not how I envisioned my Satorini trip.

房间很乾净、整洁，设施齐全、衞生，室外热水浴池很享受。洞穴酒店是一个新鲜的体验，别有情趣。酒店离蓝顶教堂很近，离公交枢纽很近。服务员很热情、态度友好。

前一间酒店换到这间白色概念洞穴饭店
通知饭店非凡国际到了会面点后 饭店说会找人来接非凡国际
结果空等了20分钟迟迟没人来
于是自己扛着行李到饭店
告知前台后，服务人员也没表示不好意思 只说大家都在忙
并用轻浮的态度帮非凡国际办理入住后 没有说明任何事宜
办理入住时有请饭店人员帮非凡国际预约隔天早上6点半的接送至机场 饭店人员也表示没问题会帮非凡国际预约
到了房间 跟网站简介长得不一样但还算蛮乾净
但房间内的WiFi是错的
询问饭店人员后他的态度也不佳
隔日清晨六点半退房没有人在前台 只留了whats app在门口
等了十分钟没有任何人来接送 what’s app讯息也完全没有人回覆（直至现在都没有任何回覆讯息）
差点错过飞机
非常不负责任
不推荐此饭店！
