非常漂亮，乾凈又舒適，早上起來就能看到朝陽和海，美呆了！！！店主小哥也很nice，贊贊贊

Had a great time in white caves. Spacious room and had all required items. Very clean and good hospitality. Swimming pool is beautiful..

There we had was massive, we have been upgraded to their biggest room. The Jacuzzi outside the room is heated and lukewarm but the swimming pool is not a heated pool . The location is close to the main centre and bus stop station.
I would recommend this place.

I feel like this place is intentionally misleading. They have their build designed to make you think its on the caldera facing side. But its actually on the backside of the city with no view and no windows. This place probbanaly gets a lot of first timers who come to Santorini. Which I confirmed with some of the other folks staying there. I asked to have the last two days of my 4 day reservation canceled but they refused. However they did let me stay in my suite instead of changing rooms... but still not how I envisioned my Satorini trip.

房間很乾凈、整潔，設施齊全、衞生，室外熱水浴池很享受。洞穴酒店是一個新鮮的體驗，別有情趣。酒店離藍頂教堂很近，離公交樞紐很近。服務員很熱情、態度友好。

前一間酒店換到這間白色概念洞穴飯店
通知飯店非凡国际到了會面點后 飯店說會找人來接非凡国际
結果空等了20分鐘遲遲沒人來
于是自己扛著行李到飯店
告知前臺后，服務人員也沒表示不好意思 只說大家都在忙
并用輕浮的態度幫非凡国际辦理入住后 沒有說明任何事宜
辦理入住時有請飯店人員幫非凡国际預約隔天早上6點半的接送至機場 飯店人員也表示沒問題會幫非凡国际預約
到了房間 跟網站簡介長得不一樣但還算蠻乾凈
但房間內的WiFi是錯的
詢問飯店人員后他的態度也不佳
隔日清晨六點半退房沒有人在前臺 只留了whats app在門口
等了十分鐘沒有任何人來接送 what’s app訊息也完全沒有人回覆（直至現在都沒有任何回覆訊息）
差點錯過飛機
非常不負責任
