I am room 401. Just happened on 8th Feb 2026 @ 8.15pm. Didnt send our lungage to the room. Just left like that at lobby. Actually we wanna take the lugagge ourselves but ur worker took to wrong place and just throw at lobby again. When we asked again at reception through phone call, they said they will inform. But didnt do anything. The person who attended us was Ms. Mina. We have to get down ourselves to take ur lunggages. Next time we as a customer can take our lunggages ourselves. No point appoint somebody to all this. Now become double work for us. So far i was in india for 2 weeks. This is the worst hotel i stayed in India. Some more i wanna stay for a while only. But very bad service. Somemore alrdy given the booking number still failed to find. Ur receptionist must be trained well especially ms.mina. No PR. Bad attitude. For the travellers or tourist please dont choose this hotel for stay. Dont waste ur money. Not worth.

衞生間沒有沖水，首先讓人感覺不舒服，其他服務還可以，Spa8: 30就停止營業了，有點晚，服務還可以接受，總體價格不高。

連續三次入住，值得推薦，交通便利，早餐豐富，周圍有肯德基和商場，方便吃飯，房間衞生也還可以，值得推薦。
