Stylish hotel situated in a former bank building. The rooms are modern and clean with an excellent shower and nice bath and body products from Rituals. Loved the fact that there was a separate toilet room and that there were multiple pillows on the bed. The double bed was rather small though, which had as a consequence that our sleep quality wasn't as good as should be expected. I would recommend going for twin beds if you value your sleep. The breakfast is good with lots of warm and cold options to choose from. Loved the fact they served tea from Palais de Thés. It can get busy in the rather small breakfast area, but there is also an option to have your breakfast in the lobby and bar area (which can get chilly in winter). The bar is gorgeous and has some nice wines on the menu. The swimming pool is rather small, but definitely worth a visit because of the exceptional surroundings. The swimming pool with nice lounge chairs is located in a former bank vault. Really special. Towels are provided by the pool and you can book all sorts of spa treatments. The sauna is very small, tough, there is hardly room for two people inside. Bath robes are provided in your room. Service is very friendly and welcoming.

Super h?tel, personnel attentif, chambre petite mais propre avec des produits Rituals agréables. Petit déjeuner bien garni même si la charcuterie manque de qualité, les fruits frais découpés sont appréciés. La piscine est très bien et le cadre joli, il manque un ou deux degrés dans l’eau. H?tel très bien placé, je recommande

Une ancienne banque convertie en h?tel, une salle des coffres en piscine, voilà un h?tel hors du commun. Ouvert au mois de mai, il est très confortable, les chambres sont parfaitement insonorisées. Dommage ces petits soucis de chauffage assez récurrents para?t-il :-( Le chef de cuisine est d'un excellent niveau, il nous sort de belles et excellentes assiettes, service jeune mais très sympa. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse d'Alizée à la réception et de Aymen au bar (entre autres). Garage à deux pas au prix de 25€ par jour. Excellente situation, entre la gare et l'hyper centre de cette jolie ville, je le recommande donc !

Nous avons testé le restaurant de l’h?tel. La salle est identique à celle où l’on sert le petit déjeuner. C’est un peu dommage car nous pensions découvrir une salle dédiée exclusivement au restaurant. Nous avons passé un moment agréable et bien mangé. Le serveur était gentil. Le spa est très beau ainsi que le bar dans l’entrée.

superbe batiment mais hélas la rénovation n'est pas parfaite,beaucoup de finitions pas finies,exemple sol ascenseur carrelage cassé,fenêtres escalier non changées (donc pas bas carbone comme dit) espace piscine superbe mais les hommes de ménages qui nettoient alors que nous sommes dans la piscine (passant la machine pour laver les sols!!)inacceptable 1 oreiller par personne dans la chambre de plus dur la salle de bains ouverte attention si vous n'êtes pas en couple aucune intimté cet h?tel donne l'impression d'avoir épuise le budget rénovation avant la fin des travaux,et trop d'imperfection dans les services dommage

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’H?tel Les Augustins. Le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse et toujours attentif. Les lieux sont très beaux, parfaitement entretenues. La chambre était également impeccable et très bien équipée. Mention spéciale aux dames du spa qui nous massent divinement bien! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

I have been to Lille many times so was excited to try this new hotel. I was disappointed with what I experienced. Having told them we were celebrating our wedding we received a gift of tiny soaps - and nothing more which was laughable! Attention to detail is lacking all round the hotel. The pool temp was 40 degrees but still open to the public as no engineer was available on the weekend. The breakfast was horrid. The eggs my husband starting to eat he quickly realised were green and he was unwell later that morning. The hotel has no ambience in the bar area the lights are so bright its like a hospital. Staff are young and inexperienced and frankly didn't seem to want to go the extra mile at all. I would not recommend this hotel.

Zeer fijn hotel aan de rand van het centrum Lille, ideaal om de mooie stad te bezoeken. Hotel is voormalig bankgebouw en zeer smaakvol gerenoveerd en leuke details behouden. Personeel heel vriendelijk en de kwaliteit/comfort helemaal top, schoon, niet vaak zo te vinden in France. Wij komen zeker terug!
