La personne qui m’a accueillie était très serviable et sympathique. Elle a bien voulu accepter mes valises avant le check in et a pris le soin de les mettre à la chambre. Linstallation est dans un immeuble authentique avec une décoration impeccable. La chambre est comme un petit appartement boudoir, très propre et très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est au co?t de 15 euros et comprend tout ce que vous désirez, avec un buffet complet et un service à la carte personnalise. Je reviendrai assurément. Super emplacement et facile d’accès.

Perfect spot in the center of Verona Excellent location, accommodating host, lovely room. We enjoyed our stay.

The host was really nice and the breakfast good. The room was big and exactly like in the photos. It's directly next to the pedestrian street, close to bars, restaurants and cafés. When we come to Verona again, we certainly hope there are still rooms free! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Razoável Quartos muito bons, porém deficiente em ilumina??o e resfriamento dos ambientes. café da manh? iniciando tarde...... 9:00h da manh? e com atrasos.... n?o ficaríamos novamente e n?o indico a quem busca acolhimento e bom atendimento.

Gorgeous accommodation in the centre of the old town. Perfect for shopping, walking about and enjoying the food and drinks at Verona. Really enjoyed this stay. Managed well - manager was super friendly

Michela, who oversaw day-to-day operations, is a gem - warm, attentive to making your stay enjoyable, knowledgeable about Verona. The location is superb. Rooms are immaculate, furnished tastefully, as is the elegant breakfast room. As some reviews noted, rooms may need maintenance work to provide a 5 star experience. Wifi was either unreliable or totally out on my floor for 2 days, after which I requested and was given another room. This new room had a shower door that didn't close entirely. Towels aren't plush but are adequate. Toiletries are fine. On balance, Michela's service compensated for the problems.

Non mi dilungo sul motivo della mia più che positiva recensione dopo averne pubblicata una del tutto negativa ma in 3 giorni ho cambiato totalmente opinione, cerco di essere coinciso: avevo già soggiornato in questa bellissima struttura in passato apprezzando ogni cosa, dalle camere al personale fino alla posizione praticamente perfetta per muoversi nella bellissima Verona anche a piedi e per questo avevo nuovamente prenotato ad occhi chiusi, purtroppo per problemi da imputare principalmente a Booking mi sono trovato in una situazione spiacevole che mi portava alla decurtazione di una somma abbastanza importante per una prenotazione non andata a buon fine, Residenza Borsari si è adoperata in ogni modo (anche se non dipendeva da loro) per farmi riottenere l'intero importo! Addirittura effettuando un versamento dal loro conto bypassando il sistema booking! Sono rimasto molto molto sorpreso per questo comportamento rarissimo al giorno d'oggi...bellissima struttura, posizione stupenda, personale all'altezza e....umanità, in primis un ringraziamento al titolare Sig. Luigi, vi stimo. Massimo

Residenza Borsari was a disappointment during our recent stay with 2 other couples. This is despite the excellent furnishings, very pleasant and helpful staff and a great location in beautiful Verona. Air conditioning issues, shower drainage problems, burned out light bulbs in rooms, thin towels and having to pay room tax by cash only all did not fit a high end B&B charging 300 euros per night. We have stayed at many excellent B&B’s, but this one lacks the attention to detail of an on site owner.

We had a lovely 2 night stay at the Residenza Borsari. The location is perfect! Easy walking distance to the Arena, the Roman theatre, shops and dining. Check in process was easy and the rooms are very lovely. We enjoyed breakfast in the dining area-which was wonderful. This is a small, lovely, boutique hotel in the heart of Verona! I highly recommend.
