Great service in the club room from Karen and Roger at front desk. Wonderful breakfasts with great waiters . Club food could be better so would be better not to fill up there . Nice views and comfortable rooms. My go to hotel in Cali .Will be back

Tuve una muy mala experiencia al viajar con mi pareja y mis dos hijos, nunca nos atendió un botones y como se pueden imaginar andamos con coche, maletas, pa?alera etc … y el acceso del parqueadero es a la calle de la entrada - luego el lobby y nuevamente otro ascensor a la habitación … sin ningún tipo de ayuda !!! ahh y encontraron con una habitación con tapete (mis ni?os son alérgicos) y no tienen opción diferente - mal hecho ! Cabe destacar la comida - muy buena - las áreas sociales - no existen - una piscina muy muy peque?a - un gym diminuto y prácticamente no hay más zonas para estar con ni?os - Si vas de negocios - solo o en pareja podría recomendarlo - pero para FAMILIAS NO !

Friendly staff. Great break fast. Excellent and good service from Roger at Front desk and Karen in Exec longue Nice views from Longue. Good work out area but didn’t try the spa . Appreciated suite upgrade and views Fourth stay and will be back

Fourth visit to Cali Colombia Marriott in past year, been coming to the wonderful property since they opened about 10 years ago. The Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Manager (see photo) are always very engaged with the guests to make sure everyone receives the highest quality meals with great personal and friendly service. Cali Marriott is a great venue for business lunches or corporate meetings, we've held many family events here. The property is clean, safe and secure, with staff always around to assist with any need. Front desk team is one of the best, quick and friendly check-in, and responsive to any requests during your stay. Housekeeping always does a wonderful job and services the room based on our schedule, and always says hello with a smile when they see us in the hallways. The Executive Lounge is one of our favorites, drinks, wide selection of food including soups, meat/seafood/chicken and dessert, and always fresh sushi. Very convenient hotel location, and the hotel's professional drivers are available at the entrance to transport you in their modern air conditioned comfortable vehicles, we use them frequently. Thank you Cali Marriott - we'll see you soon.

I love this hotel, I try to stay there everytime I go this city! Breakfast is amazing, rooms, bed, service all is perfect
