We went twice in the month of November just in 5 days just because we loved the food we ate in our 1st visit. The food here is absolutely delicious! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend the fish made by chef Gazi. Waffle and samosas and jalebi. All the staff starting from restaurant manager Mr Ghai. Chef Abhishek Singh, our table incharge (table 26) Harsh and 2 other boys in the next visit (sorry, forgot the names) were very courteous and helpful. Would love to visit again when we come back to Goa.

Excellent service given by Toni in Agua pool side.We came to celebrate our 45th anniversary and she made our day extra special,she took care of us very well.We really liked the rissoto made by chef Clyde and the mocktails made by the bartender Deepak. We will definitely visit again Thank you.

It's a luxury hotel - centrally located - more of a business hotel. A bit far from beach and approach is not nice. Staff is very courteous at each point - but lacking in some basic knowledge e.g. suggesting what to order and portion size etc. Breakfast layout is very good but other meals are avoidable - as there are so many excellent choices in close vicinity. Spa experience was great - though a bit expensive.

We stayed at the hotel for our decade anniversary celebration and it was an absolute pleasure! The staff Harsh, Raja,Ravindra, Saksham, Aden, and everybody else were extremely kind to make this time special for us. They helped us enjoy every moment in the hotel to their best capabilities. It was a wonderful property that offered a blend of modern life closer to the roots of nature, the architecture, the aura was so positive that this trip left us so energised. The food spread for breakfast and in dining was vast and they took special care of or dietary restrictions and customised the options to make them inclusive of menu. Our child had a wonderful time in play room, swimming pool and other kids friendly activities planned for them. We loved being there and would love to go back there any day

Extraordinary place! The rooms are very spacious, modern and elegant with exceptional facilities. The hospitality provided by the entire staff is impressive. Of the multiple restaurants, we dined at the JW Kitchen. The food was some of the most authentic Indian food we have tasted. Pawan at JWK made the experience extra special with fantastic service and hospitality. The breakfast spread in the morning was unending with the largest assortment of cuisines, food and drinks. All in all this for me and my family would be AN ABSOLUTE MUST for our visit to Goa.

The property was super packed because of a wedding, so we thought we landed in a wrong hotel, but instead, we got super experience and very good hospitality must visit! specially Mero and Shubh at the pool bar area were amazingly sweet for us, and they served as well

My husband is a platinum elite Marriott member so when we decided to take our family to Goa during our trip to India we were excited to stay at the JW and this property and service was top notch! We’ve stayed at a lot of nice Marriott Bonvoy hotels but this one was dreamy! They treated us like celebrities always greeting us and going out of our way to make sure we feel comfortable and that my kids felt welcome. Such an incredibly nice staff we were blown away by the service. There are too many people to name but Rakhee, Patrick, Peeya, and the general manager all went out of there way to ensure we had a memorable trip. We will definitely be back!

Our recent stay at JW Marriott, Goa was truly exceptional. While we did encounter a couple of minor hiccups, the outstanding service provided by Rakhee truly elevated our experience. Rakhee’s dedication, warmth, and problem-solving skills were exemplary. Marriott’s ability to anticipate our needs and address issues promptly made our stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. We were particularly impressed by her personalized recommendations for local dining and her willingness to go the extra mile to arrange a special surprise for our anniversary. It is evident that Rakhee embodies the true spirit of hospitality. Thanks to her efforts, our stay at JW Marriott, Goa became a truly unforgettable experience. We look forward to returning soon!
