Hotel with good location. 2 stops from train station. Bus come every 15 minutes to 1 hour. Hotel use old style plugs. Can leave baggage at hotel.

Struttura molto ben curata, personale molto attento alle esigenze, veri problem solver. Locale colazione molto ben fornito tanti tipi pietanze fresche e nutrienti, stanze silenziose e possibilità di utilizzo palestra con attrezzi e spogliatoi con doccia ad uso pubblico

Nice hotel with all 4 star amenities. Not far from everywhere. Lidl supermarket is next door which can be very handy. Not far from the train/ bus station or the town centre.

Es un hotel bueno, de toda la vida, confortable y muy calentito en invierno. El desayuno espectacular. Lis cafés buenísimos...Un poco retirado del centro , oro iara ir con coche, es lo ideal para aparcar.

Расположение не очень далеко от старого города и вокзала Porta Nuova. В номере чайник, чай, кофе. Рядом супермаркет Lidl. Комфортная постель, номер с балконом. Рекомендуем.

The hotel was excellent for an overnight connection in Verona. fast clean good service

We recently stayed here for 5 nights to take in the sights of Verona and surrounding cities. While I can't complain about the price, and for that, it was a bargain, there were a number of issues that resulted in a less than perfect rating.
The location: While it looks close to the main train station, it is about a 25 minute walk. However the 23/24/73 buses run regularly and pick-up / drop-off very close to the hotel
Lidl: next door to the hotel is a Lidl - it was a godsend and well worth visiting (if only for the fresh cheese focaccia).
The hotel itself was very clean but:
- The rooms have wooden floors and the walls aren't super-thick. So, when someone checks in to their room nearby, you can hear everything. At midnight, it isn't great when they're walking in heels across the floor.
- Lack of plug sockets - there was one usable plug in the room that is shared with the kettle, and one in the bathroom!
- Air conditioning (or severe lack of) - the rooms have air con, however, it wasn't switched on and I was told by reception that at this time of year (October) they don't have it switched on. The room temp was in the high 20s which led to us not actually sleeping under the covers - we spend 5 night sleeping on top of the bed as the room was just too hot. We couldn't sleep with the window open as their was too much noise from outside.
- The toilet flush was leaking 'hot water' - but this was repaired / replaced with a different toilet flush
- Staff: They were helpful when housekeeping has vacuumed up one of my wife's earrings, but didn't offer any assistance with regards to the heating in the room

A vedere l'esterno avevo qualche perplessità perché la struttura sembra datata, invece la mia stanza era proprio carina, c'era tutto il necessario per il soggiorno; il bagno veramente bello (immagino rinnovato da non molto, cosa che non è così scontata) ho apprezzato i dispenser con sapone e bagnoschiuma che evitano inutili sprechi. C'è il parcheggio e un garage a pagamento (solo al coperto) ma si trova parcheggio anche nei dintorni.
Personale disponibile e solare.
Se devi trovare dei lati negativi, direi il letto non comodissimo per essere un 4* e l'aria condizionata che non si può regolare in autonomia (o almeno così mi è sembrato)
La zona è comoda per chi viaggia per lavoro, un po' trafficata in orario di punta, ma comodo il supermercato proprio accanto all'hotel
