The Kaya Palazzo experience exceeded our expectations. The hotel boasts a high standard of design, and the level of service provided is truly exceptional. Notably, the skiing experience was not only great but also incredibly fun and rewarding. I'd like to emphasize the outstanding contribution of one key member of the Kaya Palazzo team, Ms. Eda Osmana?ao?lu , who works at the Guest Relation Desk. Her constant smile and willingness to go the extra mile significantly enhanced our stay, ensuring it was as pleasant as possible. Eda's warm and attentive demeanor made our family feel exceptionally welcome. Due to her friendliness and dedication, we not only plan to return to Kaya Palazzo Ski and Mountain but also look forward to exploring other Kaya Hotels in the future.
