服务很好环境很棒 泳池也很乾净 园区里面很大 有三个泳池还有动物园 是个很不错的体验 自助餐的餐食味道也很好 下次还会来

房间超大，酒店内有接驳车，早餐很丰富，消费不高，用inDrive打车其实很方便，去哪里都很方便，不是细节控的话，是个很不错的酒店，盯着细节的话，可能埃及这个国家都不太合适！

A good place to stay when exploring Luxor, about 10-20mins drive to all main historical sites and situated on the Nile - a beautiful spot to watch the sun rise and set. Very secure hotel with security controlling entry and exit to the island. Reception staff aren’t in a hurry to do their job so don’t expect quick service, attention to detail or timely responses as you might in a 5 star+ hotel. Service staff (as in security, restaurant, maintenance and cleaning) are all lovely.

A very safe hotel with decent facilities. The only downside is that it’s quite far from the city center, but taxis are very cheap — around USD 2 per ride.

The hotel is located on an island which is not in downtown, close to the airport and a little bit far from famous temples etc., but it is acceptable and quite safe, away from noisy. The facilities are a bit old but still clean. The billboard is not well maintained and can't be used, table tennis and tennis rackets are old, just usable but not enjoyable.
The service is good, we arrived in the morning and reception desk was very busy, after some minutes waiting we were lucky to get our rooms ready to check in before time. Sometimes the staff are over-occupied but overall they worked nicely and kindly to the customers.
The breakfast was great, it is a plus and also every Friday there is Egyptian buffet dinner where you can enjoy quite a lot of different kinds of food, including crabs, fish, beef, duck, chicken and many desserts.
There are 3 pools there and we enjoyed them, even though temperature was not warm enough we still managed to swim a little bit in infinite pool which is the biggest. Along the Nile river you will enjoy good views and even see balloon rising up in the morning.

酒店位置距离卢克索神庙不远，自助餐不错，还体验了尼罗河里钓鱼，性价比高。但员工的整体工作效率太低，前台办入住足足排了一个多小时的队，而前面只有四个家庭。另外健身房、壁球场等设施也有点形同虚设，基本都是坏的用不了

Good location with great amenities. Definitely would book again if staying in the area.

The front desk staff are rather slow and their service attitude leaves much to be desired.

I have to say (most of) the staff so bow and bend to the white people, they must have got more tips or more respect from them, otherwise I can't understand why. Especially the out door breakfast coffee man, he seemed very busy and just passed by our table without asking if we need to refill the coffee even for once, but he always got time to have some courtesy talk with other tables. We (asian people) don't expect to get a nice smile, but the basic service that we paid the same price for. But there are some nice staff as well, like the young indoor coffee man and a young golf car driver. Thumbs up to them.
With the drawbacks said, the hotel has a perfect location and environment. It's a large beautiful garden with amazing view by the Nile. I'd recommend the hotel especially if you want to relax and enjoy the morning walk to the breakfast in the tender morning sunshine.
Tips: call the golf cart 10mins before you need it.
