The location of the hotel was excellent, it was in the city center. The staff was very friendly and polite. The lovation and security of the car park we used was nice.

Simone was a terrific host and the room was very comfortable. We appreciated the coffee maker and tea, ample water, comfortable bed and large bathroom. There was even a small terrace. As advertised, the bathroom was in the hall but was ours only - we had the key. Simone was super helpful with recommendations and information every morning. We loved going to the opera and the accommodation was very close to the Arena and everything. We recommend Simone’s rooms. Steve and Nancy

A lovely flat in an awesome location just a few steps from the main Piazza Bra, and next to a cashpoint and supermarket. Lovely big rooms with private but separate bathrooms. Recently refurbished and spotlessly clean. Air conditioning, fridge and table in room. Rooms cleaned daily as if it were a hotel not a flat. Lovely kind and friendly owner.

Palazzo facilmente raggiungibile, con possibilità di parcheggiare a 50 m. La nostra camera molto ampia, pulita e soleggiata. Bagno privato, super spazioso e pulitissimo. Gentilezza e cortesia dei proprietari. Ottimo il servizio in camera della macchina del caffè,per nulla scontato.

Simone and his family were very accommodating and stayed in touch from the moment I booked up until when I left and were very helpful with any questions and queries I had. The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable and even had a cute little balcony. It has everything that you need, the only thing that might be an issue for some is the separate bathroom, mine was right next to my room though and I didn't find it a problem. The location was amazing, just a few minutes from the arena/Piazza Bra - perfect for exploring beautiful Verona!

Loved this place! The host and hostess are so helpful and communication and directions are brilliant to find it. The rooms are brand new and while you don't have an en suite, you do have a beautiful new private bathroom across the hall. There's even a coffee machine in the bedroom and access to kettle and tea outside in the reception area. We only stayed one night here for the opera but found it great value for money and easy access to bus and train station.

Struttura semplice ma curata nei minimi particolari. In camera era presente un frigo con acqua, succhi di frutta e yogurt, una macchina del caffè a cialde e vari dolcetti. Splendida l'idea della colazione da consumare in camera; in un armadietto fuori della camera avevamo un cestino con brioche, pane, pizzette e vari affettati. Pulizia impeccabile. I proprietari veramente eccezionali. Consigliatissimo.
