This hotel was great; central location, staff were incredibly helpful and friendly - loved the gentleman singing while he made us perfect coffee at breakfast. Rooms was spacious, clean and the shower was good.

A localiza??o é perfeita, a equipe muito solícita, o Roof Top é muito legal!! Tinha uma brasileira extremamente simpática que nos atendeu muito bem. Café da manh? muito gostoso, o quarto perfeito. Voltaria com certeza para ficar neste hotel e na belíssima cidade de Verona! Recomendo.

Equipe excelente, tanto da recep??o como do café da manh? . Café da manh? excelente com salm?o defumado , queijo brie, iogurte e boa variedade. Só n?o foi uma estadia excelente porque o tipo de quarto era muito pequeno para 2 pessoas, box do banheiro n?o fecha, alagando o mesmo.hotel com excelente localiza??o , 20 minutos a pé da esta??o de trem, no centro histórico

3.gang vi bor p? dette hotellet! Fantastisk beliggenhet n?r Arena di Verona og handlegaten i byen. Mange restauranter i n?rheten. Rene og fine rom. Hyggelige ansatte som tar godt i mot gjestene sine. Frokosten er kjempegod med b?de godt p?legg, egger?re og bacon, frukt og kaker med valgfri kaffe som lages p? ettersp?rsel. Bar p? taket med spa avdeling og utsikt til Arenaen. Anbefales!

Excellent location - close to the Arena and main sights.The room was very clean and well equipped. Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the wonderful views and cocktails on the roof top bar. What stood out most though was the excellent service of the staff - every single member of staff greeted us and helped us with reservations and where to explore in Verona.

Excellent hotel in so many aspects. Perfect location literally steps to the historic arena. Great breakfast with a variety of options. The rooftop bar is very special as it overlooks the arena. Have an amazing cocktail as you look out on the beauty and wonder of the historic monument. Most importantly the hotel has an incredible staff of people that are truly focussed on customer service. Just simply amazing how attentive they are to their customer’s needs from the breakfast staff that by the second day were automatically delivering a cappuccino and tea to my wife and I without even having to ask to the front desk people who were truly lovely, helpful and caring. I can’t say enough about how wonderful the hotel staff were ( and this was the first time we ever stayed at the hotel). Bravo!!!!!

Negativ: Abgewohnte modrig riechende feuchte und winzig kleine Zimmer.
Positiv: Direkt neben der Arena und den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Beim 15m entfernten Chinesen gabs den extremsten Negroni ever um € 5.- mit direktem Blick auf die Arena (Qualitativ hochwertiger und richtig gut im Geschmack um den gleichen Preis etwa 500 entfernt)

Acho que nunca fomos t?o bem recepcionados pelos funcionários do hotel! No café da manh? tinha um senhor oferecendo café, cappuccino dentre outras op??es muito animado e acolhedor. Nunca vi isso em outro hotel! Parabéns aos staffs do hotel! Perfeita localiza??o no cora??o de Verona! Muito confortável

Hotel perfeito. Difícil encontrar algum defeito para o Hotel. Equipe da recep??o muito acolhedora e simpática. Equipe do café da manh? uma gra?a: atenciosa, prestativa e muito eficiente. Café da manh? foi um grande diferencial na hospedagem, com uma grande variedade e uma assistência impressionante. Quarto confortável e muito conservado. Excelente localiza??o (muito próximo da área mais nobre da cidade), excelente pela proximidade com a área comercial.
Pretendo retornar e me hospedar novamente neste hotel. Recomendo muito!
