Could not be more pleased with every stay at EGO Spa, beautiful clean rooms, great staff, gorgeous surroundings and food is delightful! Special thanks to the ladies at the restaurant, the cooks and the waitresses, really polite and pleasant and of course the food is to die for! The only thing that gave us a bit of a negative experience is the security person chasing us to take back the towel that we used to carry our soaked swimsuits back to the room. He was very unpleasant and also questioned us about our robes. Seriously, why would we “steal” the crappy pool towels?! It doesn’t help that you have to walk through the outside from the pool area to the hotel, how are you supposed to transport the wet swimsuits? Also, can’t we use the towels for our wet hair? It’s the middle of the winter. Ridiculous. Also, the robes were supplied by the hotel, why wouldn’t we wear them?? Please remind your staff to be kind and pleasant.

The review is about the Restaurant in Ego spa! We've heard great things from friends and we were not disappointed! As soon as you walk in you are taken away by the design of the beautiful interior, I absolutely loved the dominant emerald green colour and gold accents, the tables are well spaced and you can enjoy a private conversation within the elegant ambience. Now for the food, my partner and I both work as chefs and we were very impressed by the quality and presentation of the food. Hands off to the chef for the in depth seasonal flavours! I do encourage people to try the croquettes, the falling off the bone glazed ribs and chanterelle gnocchi.

Bardzo dobry hotel, w cenie wej?cie do spa. Minus - brak czajnika w pokoju, ale jest ekspres do kawy. Obs?uga bardzo mi?a i pomocna.

Loved everything; no complaints (apart from the fact that the spa misinformed me about the time of the booked procedure and I lost the procedure :( The room is modern and spacious, with a large balcony, in the shower there is not only gel, shampoo and body lotion, but also hair conditioner; a wonderful 3-course a la carte breakfast with sparkling wine; large sauna/pool area in main building, lots of choice; pleasant and friendly staff everywhere; special thanks to Edita, who worked at the reception, thanks to her attentiveness and attention, our visit was extremely great and pleasant!

If you wish to visit soviet union customer service simulator then this place is perfect. They know nothing, they don't do nothing and they treat you like nothing. I suggest looking elsewhere. It is just not it. Although food is decent, chef is carrying this out of one star. Thumbs up.

The Ego Spa Restaurant is one of the best places I've eaten in my life, it's extraordinary! Hotel itself is very clean and welcoming, it's suitable only for adults and their beloved pets. I'm really recommending this Hotel not only for a one night stay, but also for your special occasions or to have an extraordinary fine dinning experience!

Loved the atmosphere, no sound of children total peace. Loved that you could make a mimosa during breakfast. The food was amazing. They had a great selection to choose from. The only con is that to get to the water area you have to go through outside.

hello We have a few observations. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed. Thank you girls. The package we ordered included services that were not offered to us, namely: water with crystals that we noticed while leaving. Paraffin bath, and where to find it? We don't know anything about it. We entered the room, the environment, the interior is nice, interesting, delicious. Offered "improved room", don't be fooled, it's just marketing. A simple room it is!!! I'm thinking if it's improved here, then what would the standard room be like... Mineral water, thank you, it's fun. But only for one person, why? I don't drink coffee, I drink tea in the morning. And ... There is no tea in the room. No problem, I will ask the employee (but there is no phone in the room) ok, let's go downstairs. Tea in my hands, I rush back to the room. Well, it's time to free yourself, we've already planned something like something for adults, we're watching it on TV, but it's impossible to connect your smartphone to the TV, so you have to improvise Shower luxury, clean products smell. Well, where is the lotion? Here he is . There is a sink next to it, but unfortunately it is empty. I won't go down there a second time. The husband got up earlier, he wanted to treat himself to a cup of tea, but there is no kettle. The husband is stressed. He makes himself coffee. I wake up from a loud sound, it seems like something is destroying the walls (it's just a coffee machine) When we went downstairs, we were greeted with a ready-made breakfast to take away (we left early for work). I dared to ask for coffee and tea (takeaway) Thank you for your stay. Ohhh , no icecream onthe menu..... After sending all these observations to the hotel by e-mail, they allow themselves not to even react. This shows their professionalism.
