For the ac is not cold even though it has been set to the lowest and the fastest fan

I needed a hotel urgently and overall had a nice stay. The room was clean and comfortable, but there was no fridge and I found some ants in the room and it was a lot. I asked to move and the receptionist was very helpful and immediately gave me a new room. Really appreciate the good service!

Saya cukup menikmati fasilitas hotel, staff hotel yang ramaah dan membantu saya dalam keperluan saya, akan tetapi untuk lokasi cukup jauh dengan tempat yang mau saya tuju yaitu kemenlu dan embassy yang berada di di kota jaksel, untuk kualitas dan fasilitas hotel, saya cukup puas.. terima kasih kartika one hotel

Other amenities were acceptable and suitable.
