    • Guest：We just spent our family holidays at the Grecotel Costa Botanica. Everything went great. We downloaded the Grecotel app and it was a really quick way to ask for everything you would need for your childrens , learn about the activities of the week or book the a la carte restorants. We managed to eat at three, the Asiana , Tavernaki and the italian one. The other one had a limit of age starting at 12. The food at the Mediterranean one was excellent. The pools were amazing , the beach too overlooking albanians mountains.My kids love the pool and we would switch from one to another during the day and always find a sunbed and towels. We were really scared reading the reviews before going because everybody said there were lots of mosquitoes. We always ate outside and sometime we would use the mosquito repellent as a precaution and sometimes not. Nobody got a bite throught the stay. The room was big and enough for the 4 of us. It was two separate rooms , one with two single beds for the kids and the minibar and coffee would be refilled everyday.Only a little tip for the future , please include in the minibar juices for the little kids. Of course they can get that at the bars in the resort but if you want to stay in the room it would be a nice option. The pools and the beach had their lifeguards on duty. My son had an incident at the aquapark where he slipped and the reaction was quick and I want to thank them for that. A big thanks to Spiros and the other guy working with him , sorry I can’t remember your name. You were really hardworking and kept your line of tables neat. Also thanks to Besa , Anna with the amazing cocktails , Ellie, and the cleaning ladys.
    • Guest：We had a wonderful holiday here. Managed to get sun loungers with no problems. So much food to eat at whatever time of the day. The staff were really helpful ( I would say maybe not enough staff for how busy it was so some waiting around when seated for dinner to get drinks) the only two negative points were the wasps and the mosquitos. Make sure you pack some good spray. We couldn’t sit outside to eat all holiday because of the wasps and they have nothing in place for them, I went to another hotel in Corfu and they had smoke pots to get rid of them. It didn’t bother us enough to not want to go back. The hotel was stunning and really well looked after. Thank you for making our summer special
    • Guest：Had a fantastic, relaxing break at this hotel. The key points that made this hotel really good; Staff are very friendly and can’t do enough. Table side service at all locations with seating. Premium cocktails. Lazy river Mosquito repellent and plug ins with rooms Sliding mosquito screen door in room. Mini bar refills daily. This hotel delivers the 5 star experience.
    • Guest：We were 6th and final drop off on the bus, about 1:5 hours. We were greeted by Nicole with a welcome drink and a cold flannel, quickly checked in and she walked us around to our room. Our luggage followed 2 mins later. We had a beautiful 2bed 2bathroom room which was spotless clean and fully equipped. Beach towels, beach bags, mosquito spray (needed!), mosquito plug in, shoe horn, slippers, all the toiletries, plus body lotion in the bathroom. We ate in 3 of the 4 restaurants, Asian, fine dining and Greek, couldn’t get into the Italian. The food was amazing! 4-5 courses. There’s ice creams and crepes at the beach bar and at the water park, delicious! This place is huge! Deciduous trees dropping leaves alongside palms, bananas and tropical flowers. There’s a zoo, duck pond, lots of veg growing gardens, water park with a lazy river and slides. Plenty of pools and no early morning sunbed warriors! The staff in the bars are brilliant and will make you whatever you want if it’s not on the menu. All top branded spirits too. I’ve always said a great hotel is down to the great staff and this is certainly true here! Keep up the brilliant work you beautiful people. Would I stay here again? I didn’t want to leave!
