Stay there one night only. The hotel is beyond my expectation, friendly staffs. Had dinner at 5th floor and enjoy the time with friends. Also good breakfast.

Pleasant stay. Good service. Clean rooms.
The balcony is a bit waste of space, rather had a bigger room.
The room was not ready even at 6pm.
We got an offer to check out late. The reception hostess should have offered to get us to dine or have something to drink at the bar while waiting for the room.
But overall staff offer pleasant service.

Fo Staff need to well train how to talk with the guest, she wasn’t checked my ID card properly then she just said she couldn't find my name on the reservation. So I remind her to read and spell my name properly.
Eventhough I really love the room and facilities. Also FB service staff was somuch helpfull and nicely.

Menyenangkan tapi banyak lalat di restaurant, janji akan membantu memindahkan barang dari 1101 ke 1109 tdk dilakukan. Saat pengambilan kunci jg blm disiapkan dan tdk mendapatkan voucher dll seperti kamar sebelumnya
