The hotel was nice and spacious but the location was quite ‘ulu’. Quite abit of a climb if you travelling there without transport so walking on foot to nearby eateries is going to be very tiring. But overall the breakfast was good, services are great and the i am satisfied with everything the hotel able to provide.

The best place to stay at cameron highlands....view is solid ...breakfast is nice with a nice view and nice spread of food...clean and comfortable room....sleep really well with nothing to worry about. Only 1 thing u got to have strong legs and stamina when u walk down the hotel to go to the bazaar or shops...so when u walk down u have to walk up so yah Rooms there option of using fan or aircon or both if u love cold and toilet is clean...shop around the area is alot so dont have to worries of getting hungry late at night can grab food...

Overall this Hotel design was nice and the room was spacious. Walkable to the night market and food shop. But the shampoo and shower gel just provide one set which is not enough use for two people. This could be improved. The gym room design is quite small but the overall equipment was nice. Swimming pool simple design and surrounded by forest.

not sure what to feel about the location as CH on its own is quite a journey from anywhere ?? there are some mainstream eateries (starbucks, old town etc) though, walking distance from the hotel. think you need a bike/car to travel around to their attractions like strawberry/tea farms, ATV rides etc. cleanliness was acceptable, though there is a musty smell in the shower room. probably bcs of the cold environment and lack of air ventilation. otherwise, it was overall okay. we loved the coldness of CH & hotel’s wide spread of bfast. they were all delicious!

Staff counter paling penting mesra sebab dia org pertama terima customer. Hotel mewah tapi nampak try so hard nak survive. Pekerja sgt2 cut cost sampai x mesra dah tu .. pergi Hantar course kat KL ke Putrajaya .. Nampak sgt stress tu ..

A relatively new and modern hotel compared to other options in Cameron Highlands. Located in the middle of Tanah Rata, it offers great convenience via walking distance to most shops and eateries. A covered walkway is provided just a few steps from the main lobby but take note it's on a steep slope. For those driving, a free covered parking is provided as well. The king size room is spacious enough for a couple. Balcony is also huge, offering a great view of the town and the mountains in the background. However a small outdoor table and couple of chairs would've been perfect here. We are happy with the room on initial impression since everything looks new and clean. However upon more detailed inspection it seems the toilet was not thoroughly cleaned. There's several dark mold spot and leftover foam spots on the walls and shower screen. There's also a weird odour (like damp) lingering in the shower area. It seems the provided ventilation is not sufficient, since I only noticed an extraction fan at the toilet bowl area but not the shower area (They are separated). I was also planning to use the kettle on the 2nd day but was shocked to see some rust forming in the spout. Considering this hotel is quite new, the maintanence and upkeeping is a bit concerning. It would be a bit of a shame if no improvement was done considering this hotel is in a great location and it offers a modern interior compared to other options within the area. Service by the staffs are great. No complaints here. There's also in room dining service provided but we didn't bother since it's too overpriced for simple local dishes or even a bottle water (RM11 for a 500ml bottle of water!). We would just walk to the town for cheaper and better options. In the end, I would still consider this hotel for my next stay in Cameron Highlands since it offers a modern interior and convenient location. However the clealiness and detailed upkeeping needs to be improved.
