Only a handful of fries that should of been chips and the peas, we’re obviously frozen peas put in the microwave the fish tasted okay, but the butter was very poor, my friend noticed dirty cutlery and the standard of cleanness was certainly lacking

Great location for work. Staff all lovely especially Lizzie and Meg on reception who go above and beyond and are incredibly helpful.

Stayed at the Premier Inn in Camborne and had a wonderful experience from the moment we arrived. The standout was the reception team, especially Meg and Lizzie, who were genuinely joyful, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Check-in was smooth, with plenty of local tips and warm conversation that made us feel instantly at home. The room was spotless, quiet, and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing break. Breakfast was fresh and well organised, setting us up for the day. It’s rare to meet staff who clearly enjoy their work, and Meg and Lizzie truly elevated the stay. Thanks for making our visit memorable; we’ll happily return and recommend this hotel to friends.

The hotel had a large enough carpark for the size of the hotel. Room was very clean and and also very quiet especially given it's so close to the A30. After a long drive and a hard day at work it was a pleasure to be greeted by Lizzie & Jess on reception. It makes such a difference when you arrive.

Lovely front of house team of Jess and Lizzie. Very helpful ensuring we enjoyed our stay Sympathetic and understanding when we mentioned how awful the meal and the staff attitude in the Trevithick Inn was. Premier Plus room was nice and comfortable. Fridge and coffee machine are great fetures

I stayed 3 nights at the Premier Inn this week on a trip to visit family and friends. I've stopped going to a hotel in Redruth that is becoming too noisy with day and night events and parties, so it was great that Lizzie and Jess made sure I had a quiet room near the end of the corridor. The standard room was large, with a comfortable bed and air con, so I slept well. All the women on reception, including Kelly and Megan, were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Room rates were also reasonable. I will be staying here again on my return to Cornwall.

This Premier Inn is well placed near the A30 and an easy (15 minute?) walk to the town centre. The hotel is great, apart from being another one with completely sealed windows, which is nonsense when there's fresh Cornish air outside. Hotel staff were always friendly and helpful but clearly embarrassed by complaints about the on-site Trevithick Inn, which is hopeless compared with the eating option at most Premier Inns. Breakfast is nice and straight-forward. (Though the single coffee machine which was broken didn't help.) Serving staff in the morning and evening work their hardest to give customers a good experience. They are a real asset to the place. But it is all let down by the limited opening times, which aren't published in the hotel, on the pub door and the times on the pub's website are inaccurate. Added to that is the unhelpful evening manageress who doesn't share her staff's enthusiasm to help customers. When asking to move away from the draught of the open front door, we were told the only other option was the next table. Ten minutes later, other customers were seated by one of the serving staff much farther in, away from the door. If anything drives customers away from this Premier In it won't be the hotel it will be the unwelcoming attitude you might experience in the pub!

Lovely greeting from the reception from Jenny and Charlene. Very polite and welcoming always a smile. Keep it up girls. Room clean and tidy as always. Food always cooked to good standard, only issue is sausages could be cooked better. But all in all 10 out of 10 from reception staff

The Premier Inn suited our purpose but can’t say the same for restaurant next door! ??
Biggest complaint was the fact no toilet paper in disabled toilet! ? Really embarrassing situation and the floor generally needed a good scrub. ?Noticed mirrors in restaurant could do with a shine, table tops were sticky, ?window ledges outside have obviously not been cleaned for months and skirting boards the same . ?It generally needs a good overhaul. ?Food nothing to write home about and very mediocre. ?This sadly reflects on the ?
Premier and would think twice about staying again.?
