Staff was excellent and the room was comfy and quiet

The advertised bar and restaurant were closed. I had to insist on getting the accessible room I had booked twice. Front deck manned by new employee who didn't know her way around (she did her best, but shouldn't have been left on her own).

The room and pool are great. The hours of the onsite restaurant should be expanded.

Courtyard kinda overgrown. Pool closed. Unspecified why.. otherwise great place. Balcony always a plus

The staff was so nice (especially David) we had a little mix up with our room but he reduced our rate and gave us free breakfast. We would definitely stay here again!

For two days, we do not have clean wash cloths. Staff advised that they “ran out” We bathed with “hand towels”

Hotel was fine, as expected but the shower was horrendous. no pressure and very little water

Very nice hotel- the gentleman in the restaurant was amazing!!

The property facilities were great. There were charges for food and beverages on my bill that we didn’t make as we did not eat at the hotel at the hotel. I was told by the desk person that the manager would correct the charges. The charges have not been corrected and I have not been contacted about the correction either. I’m now going to have to dispute those charges with my credit card company.

The floor in the room was pretty disgusting. My 1-year-old was crawling around and when we picked him up he has black stuff all over his hands and feet. When we told the front desk their response was okay. Thanks for telling us. We didn't prepay for breakfast which was maybe a mistake because when we went to go check the prices they were probably about 50% or so more expensive than the typical Starbucks.
