Allright hotel, but a bit old.

Το πρωιν? του σε ?ναν κρ?ο αδι?φορο χ?ρο, η παρουσ?αση και τα υλικ? του ?χουν με?νει στην δεκαετ?α του '80. Ε?ναι κρ?μα γιατ? θα παραμε?νει π?σω... Το προσωπικ? ευγενικ? και εξυπηρετικ?.

Perfekt für Kurzaufenthalt in Chalkida zum Erkunden der Sehenswürdigkeiten im Zentrum, direkt an der Promenade gelegen. Bad etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verh?ltnis, wenn man kein modernes Luxushotel erwartet. Gute Matratzen.

Grosses Zimmer mit zwei Doppelbetten, gute Matratze. Behindertengerechtes grosses Bad und Toilette (sehr gew?hnungsbedürftig, da von uns nicht ben?tigt). Leider nicht sauber (z.B. Fingerabdrücke an Badtüre und Türrahmen, die sich leicht entfernen lie?en. Zu kleiner Frühstücksraum. Als wir zum Frühstücken kamen waren alle Tische belegt bzw. stand auf einigen Tischen noch bereits benutztes Geschirr, kein Servicemitarbeiter in Sicht. Einige G?ste mussten auf den Balkon ausweichen, obwohl es drau?en ziemlich frisch war. Bewertung Insgesamt: Da nur eine übernachtung ok, falls l?ngerer Aufenthalt gewünscht w?re, nur nach Zimmerwechsel. Parkplatzm?glichkeit nur ?ffentlich auf Strasse oder Parkhaus.

Very fancy hotel from outside, but very simple rooms inside. Old design and decoration, the rooms definitely need renovation. The location though is amazing, you are in the centre of the main area, where you can find countless restaurants and bars.

I stayed at the Paliria Hotel for 6 nights in April. The location of the hotel is great, but the cleanliness and the staff's attitude towards it and the guests' wishes surprised me in a bad way. The room was not cleaned at all, the beds were not made. The only service was changing towels and taking out the trash. After the room was not cleaned for 4 days in a row, I contacted the hotel administrator to ask how often the room should be cleaned and expressed my wishes regarding the order. The administrator noted this, but the situation did not change. It was very disappointing. In addition, shower accessories were only brought upon request.

Location-great. View-great. Towels were changed every day and trash was taken out. Reception staff-polite and helpful. But... We stayed for 6 nights. During this time, the room was never cleaned: the bedding was not changed, the bed was not made, the floor was not cleaned, the furniture was not cleaned, the sink and bathtub were not cleaned. Our comments were not responded to. Only upon request, they brought toiletries. Therefore, we rate it only average...

Dear klelijar2025, By reading your review we are pretty sure you mixed up the accommodations you stayed during yout vacations in Greece. Paliria Hotel is a 3 star hotel, obliged to clean the rooms on a daily basis and replace anything has to do with towels, amenities etc. Since you stayed for 6 nights as said, can you send us an email with your real name and stay details to check if you really stayed in our hotel and follow up your claim ? Especially for our cleaning services the reviews are truly positive so we gently refuse to accept your testimonial. We are waiting for your email...

The property had wonderful views over the water and to other side. Hotel showing signs of aging. Cracked sink, mildew in bathroom. Great promenade to walk along. Restaurants along promenade were woeful. Basic food unappealing and all same same. Found a great restaurant up a side street from water. Staff at reception really helpful.
