Dear guest, We thank you so much for spending so much time to leave bad reviews for our property! It seems that the "family reasons" did not affect you so much and we are really glad about that! We are pretty sure you totally understand that a property with such an amazing review score will not be threatened by guests of your mindset, since if you do not take a refund you take revenge by bad reviews. Let's clarify some points As about the hot at the swimming pool area we recommend that you do not travel during August in Greece, because it's summertime! Regarding the plastic glasses you could read the rules for the pool areas (glass is not permitted). The location of the property is exactly the same with the location on the map in all booking websites and before you make a reservation, it would be really thoughtfull to check the surroundings (we are always at the disposal of any guest in order to give useful information even before they book their stay with us). We do not offer a private beach, we offer free transfer to Paraiso beach bar restaurant which is the closest organized beach with bar/restaurant/boutique and provision of massage therapies! There are a lot of amazing beaches around the island and we recommend them as well and of course somebody needs taxi/car/ATV/scooter to reach them but this is a fact that applies to every single Hotel in the island, since Skopelos has an area of 96 sq.km, a rugged coastline of 67 km, 17 km long and 8 km wide (not possible to go around on foot!). Finally, the shorten of your stay for family reasons proved to be a "trick" to take a refund, since this morning you sent us a message via a booking platform that we have charged you twice (not possible because we got paid by virtual card from this platform) and in the bank statement you sent us we found out that the Hotel in Skiathos in which you stayed after your stay with us had charged you twice!Nevertheless, we wish you a wonderful winter and allow us to inform you that if a bad review makes us unhappy you can not imagine how unhappy we are every time we do not meet the expectations of a guest, even if he is the exception!
