    • Guest：Toilet broken so if flushed it kept trickling of water for ever. Had to lift lid to stop the water.
    • Guest：The room is to a decent standard. The bed is comfortable and there was a good choice of pillows. This is a really strong start as many hotels are let down in this area. The bathroom was ok, nothing wrong and the shower water pressure was very good. However, the room was way too warm making sleeping difficult. That’s a personal thing and would be fine in normal circumstances as the window could be opened to let fresh air in. However, the rooms back on to where the bins are filled every evening by the staff, immediately waking you up if you managed to get to sleep. And then, at 6.45am, every morning, a delivery arrives or the bin lorry turns up and wakes you up. Why this is considered acceptable is beyond me! Fundamentally, this could be a decent hotel but it’s let down by things that, with a little care, would make things better. I wouldn’t stop again
    • Guest：Dunes Attended for a wedding was lovely location and convenient for travel. Only issues with room was location was noisy-close to reception, and no blinds at windows so had to keep curtains closed for privacy- staff access
    • Guest：I had an amazing stay at the Dunes. The staff were so friendly and accommodating and the hotel was stunning.
