We are celebrating our 100th year in honoring the period the hotel was built with modern amenities. You booked a queen room, and we gave you a complimentary upgrade to a Traditional King. We provide housekeeping on the 3rd day of a stay unless requested which we will happily honor. There is a note at the front desk, a note on your welcome packet given at check in and a note in the room that explains housekeeping service. I am sorry that you didn't see those. Some of our rooms are cozier than others and, in your case, the coffee maker can easily be moved to the dresser for use. We wish you the best in your future travel plans.
