This was our third visit to Oceania and the stay cemented it as our favourite holiday destination. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with kindness by all the staff we encountered, they make you feel they care about you having the best time whilst you stay with them. We had an ocean view room, lovely room, very clean with large comfy bed and a good choice of pillows. Mini bar filled daily, toiletries topped up and turn down service every evening. Every meal we had was exceptional, our favourite is beach club lunch. Provence has limited the menu to its usual high standards but what was on the menu was nice. Great wines available and lovely cocktails too. We sat mostly around the adult pool where the wonderful Eva attended our every need, she really is an asset to the hotel. When we went to the beach, service again from George and his team was friendly and fast. We enjoyed evenings in the adult bar and my suggestion would be to have a band or do every night, not just a couple of times in the week as you could tell everyone really enjoyed it. One slight issue with hot water in our room was dealt with satisfactorily by management who checked in with us throughout our holiday, management really do have it right. We will absolutely return and absolutely recommend.

We just love this hotel and the outstanding staff and it’s why we keep coming back. From the moment you arrive you are made to feel so welcome. It is truly the best all inclusive hotel we have ever stayed at. Great selection of restaurants to choose from with none of the usual all inclusive restrictions and you can dine as many times as you like (subject to availability obviously). The beach is beautiful and the water is really calm and great for swimming. The beach service is second to none and you are never without a drink or snack. A big thank you to George, Eva and Adriana for looking after us so well. We didn’t use the water sports this time as I was supporting a broken ankle, but they are a wonderful addition to keep little ones (and big ones) entertained and happy. The resort is on a hill, but even with an injury I managed to get around and the golf buggies are always available if you don’t feel up to the hills/steps. The pools look great too, with lots of activity at the main one and an adults only pool, run by the fantastic Eva , if you prefer a quieter experience. There is also a quiet pool outside of the spa which looks great too and a baby pool for the little ones. The Spa is fabulous and I really enjoyed my time spent there. The spa staff are really lovely too. The alcohol selection is top notch with a very extensive wine collection. They also serve Tattinger Champagne if you are staying in a Deluxe room category, which we really enjoyed. The included car rental for a day is a super way of exploring the coast. We really have nothing negative to say about this hotel. It is due for a refurb next year, which will only enhance it further. So if you are looking for a no hassle relaxing easy holiday, then I would definitely recommend booking this Hotel. The hotel manager Mr Vangelis Koumianidis is a great leader and it is obvious that the staff have an enormous amount of respect for him. Ikos are so lucky to have such a dedicated young man working for them. All the hardworking staff at this hotel really made our holidays here so special and I’d like to thank each and every one with a special mention to Angela, George, Anna and Esmeralda at the Beech Club Restaurant, Angela is a fabulous Manager and always making sure everything is perfect. Tanya in Ouzo Restaurant is stellar and works so hard and always in great form. Also special mention to Nester and Maria in Fresco Restaurant, great hosts and Maria definitely made sure my husband didn’t go hungry! He is still talking about that Tiramisu! We would also like to thank the amazing Despina and her team Alex and Maria at the Deluxe pool bar. What can I say, she is a dynamo and goes out of her way to make sure everyone is welcome and well looked after. I suppose the best endorsement of this hotel, is that we have booked to come back again and just no we won’t be disappointed. Thank you Team Ikos Oceania.

We’ve just returned to Ikos Oceania once again, and it continues to set the benchmark for what an all-inclusive resort should be. We are now year-on-year returning guests, and what started as a family trip has grown into a much larger group of family and friends simply because everyone who comes once wants to come back again. The consistency here is remarkable. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and the level of personal care makes every stay feel special, not routine. It’s that human touch that keeps drawing us back. A few well-deserved acknowledgments: Thekla (F&B Management) flawless service and attention to detail across every dining experience. Always the first to greet us with opening arms! Angela (Beach Club) warm, welcoming and always making the beach days feel effortless. Dimitrius & Alex (Guest Relations) exceptional at making you feel known and valued. Nester (Italian Restaurant) a standout dining experience every single visit, great wine tasting experience! Vangelis (Hotel Manager) visible, engaged, and clearly passionate about standards. Despina (Deluxe Pool) nothing too much, exceptional energy. And of course, Mr. Dimitris (General Manager). Megálo efcharistó se ólous sas! We always opt for Deluxe, and while the standard Ikos experience is already excellent, the small upgrade is absolutely worth it. The extra touches, quieter spaces and enhanced service elevate the holiday from “brilliant” to “exceptional.” Ikos Oceania isn’t just a hotel to us anymore, it’s a place we return to, with a growing group of people who now share the same tradition. That says everything. Counting down for our return in April 26'! 8-) Ta léme syntoma, oikogéneia Ikos!

Well, written on the plane home, these are my thoughts of our holiday. A few caveats, we were a couple who travelled from Heathrow. We booked directly 7 nights in a Junior Suite with sea view. We prefer a beach to a pool any day of the week. On arrival at Thesolokniki we were met by the transfer which was seamless, we were given water and the car was a very short walk from the terminal. The transfer was about 45 mins. On arrival at Oceania we were met as soon as we got out of the vehicle and taken to the Helios Lounge, given Prosecco and cold towels and ran through arrival information. We did ask if we could pay upgrade to Deluxe and was advised they’d get back to us to confirm but didn’t. We were then driven down to our room by buggy with our cases and shown our room which was on the first floor level. The room was very good, had all the information and had everything you’d need. (Although we didn’t discover the glasses until day 3). You can cast via an iPad to the TV, the coffee is great as well as the minibar always stocked. Everything is so openly available around that we hardly touched it bar a can here and there over the course of the week. We went straight to the Beach Club for lunch and had a fantastic lunch with wines and drinks served by the fantastic Sofia. After, we had a quick change and down to the beach where the service was impeccable! We were given iced water, towels and the umbrella elevated. (If your an open water/ sea swimmer, a good loop around the buoys is a good lunch burner and the prevailing tide is from the south east). We stayed until about 18:00 as the sun was fantastic. We didn’t have a reservation on the first night so we visited Flavors the and the offerings were fantastic, everything from Sushi to meats and sides. You won’t fail to find something. The first day was finished off with a few drinks on the terrace balcony where there was some live music which again, the service was fantastic and returned to the room being made down. First day over and I was already floating! We checked the weather forecast (met office was for us the most accurate) and decided to push our Tesla booking out from the Friday until the Sunday as was a little overcast. All done on the app. For the next few days we enjoyed à la Carte meals at Provence/ Anya/ Ouzo and the Beach Club in between beautiful days on the beach where the service was just fantastic and Adriana working so hard tirelessly checking if you wanted anything F&B. We had some beach snacks too which were delivered to the side table very promptly together with drinks all day! We took advantage of the wine tasting session on the second day led by the deputy restaurant manager Panos where we tested a wide range of the available wines with an explanation of each together with cheeses. (The hotel get through over 10,000 bottles a week)!! The concierge app was handy for bookings and information and they were hot on any replies. The midway days were filled with beach

We had an amazing stay at the Ikos Oceania - it really was a VIP experience. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful and we felt truly spoilt. On the beach, staff would come to our loungers to take drinks orders and bring us iced water. The sea was really clear and shallow quite a way out, so safe for swimming. Evening meals at the a la carte restaurants were so delicious. I can recommend the dolmadakia at the Ouzo restaurant. We had a lovely room with Nespresso machine and a separate kettle. There was also an iron and ironing board. We had a partial sea view, obscured slightly by the block in front. However there were amazing sea views from several of the restaurants. There is a full fitness program beginning with yoga and pilates on the yoga deck. Other classes throughout the day included strength training, HIIT, Tabata, legs hips and core, and even more yoga! We visited the spa area with steam room and sauna, which was relaxing. There are also activities for teens, and a babysitting service. We would like to give a special mention to Nikitas on reception, Mario at the concierge desk, loanna and Eleftheria at Flovors restaurant, Thomas at Provence restaurant and Martha the yoga instructor.

We have just returned back from a weeks stay at the Oceania, all in all we did have a great time! Just a few things we thought could have been improved on. The food was incredible! By far the best all inclusive food we have ever had, I don't think we had a bad meal, the service too was brilliant, drinks always topped up, the staff around the pool couldn't be more helpful. Loved the beach, very peaceful. But the food stood out for us the most, exceptional. I don't know if it was because it was the last week of the season (i would be interested to see if it were the same in july/august) but the entertainment was pretty much none existent, I have been to 4* hotels where they've put on the most incredible shows etc even in October, other than a pianist (and a DJ after 9pm outside the lobby area) there wasn't much else. There was a mini disco at 6:15 in the theatre, which the room itself was extremely tired, ripped chairs, didn't really match the IKOS branding, defiantly needs some TLC. We were quite lucky with the weather but i can imagine if you weren't there really wouldn't be much to do. The wasp situation was really frustrating. We absolutely loved the Ouzo restaurant, but it was almost impossible to sit and relax with two to four wasps constantly swarming around us. We even tried having breakfast inside one day, but unfortunately the issue was just the same. I completely understand that wasps are not something you can fully control, but we also discovered a nest in the corner of our balcony. Between the wasps and the flies, it became very difficult to relax, so we ended up not using the balcony or returning to the Ouzo restaurant for lunch, which was a real shame as we genuinely loved the food. We were given a panoramic sea view room, which was nice but nothing particularly special. As this was our first visit to an IKOS resort, I think I was expecting more of a “wow” factor with the room, but unfortunately it didn’t quite deliver that. The room had two single beds pushed together, and the mattress was extremely firm, we both came home with bad backs and were very much looking forward to sleeping in our own bed again. For the price paid, I was at least expecting a proper double or king-size bed that was genuinely comfortable. Our son didn’t want to use the kids’ club, so I can’t really comment on that. However, there was a large room opposite the kids’ club that I wasn’t quite sure about, it had an old-looking stage and some metal chairs lined up, with a few tired-looking toys and blocks scattered around. He played there for about ten minutes, but it didn’t hold his interest for long. I feel that space could have been used a little better, perhaps with some updated toys or a more inviting setup. To be honest, after reading the reviews before our trip, I was so excited and couldn’t wait to go. However, I just don’t feel that it fully lived up to my expectations. I’m not sure if visiting at the end of the season may have played a part in t

Just wanted to share a quick review for anyone considering a stay at Oceania. We've stayed at Aria and Dassia a couple of times each, and Odisia once. We're also regulars at Sani Club and Sani Dunes. Normally, we travel as a family of five, but this April, I spent five nights at Oceania with two of my children (14 and 6). First impressions: Oceania is an older resort in need of some renovations. Compared to the stunning and pristine resorts like Odisia, it feels a bit outdated. It doesn't quite have the wow factor of the other resorts. However, if it's your first Ikos or Sani experience, you'll likely find it impressive; it definitely stands out among other European resorts I've stayed in. The surroundings are somewhat built up and not as tidy as other Ikos locations. The views are lovely and the fact it's near a town is great though. One downside was the pools—they were cold. They did warm up a bit, but with only five days to enjoy them, having two or three days where we couldn't swim was disappointing. Even the indoor pool was freezing at first. On a positive note, the service, food, and kids club were outstanding—truly the best we've experienced. My six-year-old son didn’t want to leave! I can see why so many people return every year. Unlike at many other resorts, where service can sometimes be slow or things get overlooked, the staff here were fantastic. Also, it's small enough for kids to make friends easily, and they could see each other around the pool and at dinner, which is nice. As for pricing, we paid £2,700 for five nights, including flights for two adults and one child. Since I usually pay peak prices for five of us, this was a great value. Once you add in activities, we’ve spent just as much at places like Center Parcs! I would consider returning if the price is right. Just a note for anyone who has been to other resorts: keep in mind that there’s a reason this one is cheaper, so adjust your expectations accordingly. If you haven’t been to Ikos before, Oceania is a great choice. I hope this reviews helps people. Obviously it's just my opinion and everyone's experience will be different.

This is a great brand, greated at the airport and escorted to our private transfer. On arrival we were taken to an adult’s only bar to check in … A golf buggy arrived to take us to our room , all swiftly, no hanging around.

IKOS hits the mark again! We have been to IKOS every year since 2017 and this is the 5th one we have been to and it’s as good as expected. This is the original of the groups hotels I understand so is the older of all the resorts and in small part this shows in areas, but this is only minor as overall it’s all high quality. The location of this hotel is one of the best as it’s walkable along a nice promenade area to a really nice little town which is occupied it seems mainly by locals. So we did this walk a lot. Nice coffee shops etc in the town. The resort is hilly - I reckon it drops over 12 storeys from top floor to beach front so be prepared to stretch the legs - of course there are the buggies available and very regular. Food was great as ever - I would rather be service at this IKOS as the best of the lot - but again they are all good. Thank you IKOS again.
