Wir waren in diesem Jahr über die Weihnachtsfeiertage im Charme Hotel Uhrerhof zu Gast und sind mehr als zufrieden. Es war einfach rundum perfekt. Das Hotel ist top gepflegt, alles ist ?u?erst sauber und die Gastgeberfamilie ist einfach nur gro?artig. Man spürt vom ersten Moment an, wie viel Herzblut hier steckt. Das Essen ist hervorragend und jeden Tag ein echtes Highlight. Alle Mitarbeiter und Familienmitglieder sind unglaublich h?flich, aufmerksam und herzlich. Man fühlt sich nicht wie ein Gast, sondern wie ein Teil der Familie. Früher war ich oft mit meiner Familie im Uhrerhof zu Gast, dieses Jahr zum ersten Mal nur mit meiner Freundin. Umso sch?ner war es, dass mich die Mutter der Gastgeberfamilie bereits beim Betreten des Hotels sofort wiedererkannt hat, obwohl mein letzter Aufenthalt fast zehn Jahre zurücklag. Das hat mich sehr berührt und zeigt, wie pers?nlich und herzlich hier mit den G?sten umgegangen wird. über die Weihnachtsfeiertage anzureisen war eine grandiose Entscheidung. Das Weihnachtsfest an Heiligabend war einfach magisch und mit so viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet, dass man sich regelrecht verzaubert gefühlt hat. Ein Hotel, das nicht nur durch Qualit?t überzeugt, sondern vor allem durch Menschlichkeit, Herzlichkeit und eine ganz besondere Atmosph?re. Wir kommen garantiert wieder!

Ambiente curato nei dettagli, pulito e magicamente decorato per le festività Natalizie. Il personale, prettamente familiari della proprietà, accoglie gli ospiti con rispettoso riguardo e con quella cordialità che pochi altri albergatori possono vantare. Struttura con zona benessere, piscina a sfioro esterna e riscaldata. Sauna e cromoterapua, tutto con un sottofondo musicale di relax e vista sulla val Gardena frontale alle montagne. Ottima la discrezione nella gestione anche se lo staff al completo e’ prontamente disponibile a soddisfare le richieste degli ospiti. Ultima nota di merito il ristorante interno con cucina dai sapori locali e menu’ a 3 portate oltre al buffet di verdure crude e cotte. Parcheggio coperto. Venuta e tornata per ben 3 volte. E non ho ancora finito di godermi questo angolo di paradiso incastonato nelle Dolomiti a pochissimi km dalla frequentata Ortisei.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights while visiting the Dolomites. The hotel is wonderful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are kind and accommodating, the pool is amazing and the grounds are beautiful. The location is ideal to hike many great trails. Dinner is served each night at 7:00pm and the food was very good. They also have a bar with a selection of wine and cocktails. Breakfast is served each morning with a nice selection of food. Next time we visit the Dolomites, we will definitely stay at the hotel again!

Sono stato ospite con mia moglie dell'hotel Uhrerhof per un solo fine settimana grazie ad un gentile regalo offerto dalla mia famiglia. Siccome amo la montagna tanto quanto amo scegliere personalmente dove e come soggiornare al momento della partenza non avevo particolari aspettative ma, dopo questi 3 giorni, devo ammettere che sarei tornato soddisfatto anche se fossero state altissime. Ciò che più ho apprezzato del mio soggiorno è stato l'amore e la cura che tutta la famiglia Zemmer ha messo e sta mettendo nel rendere unico questo ambiente. Mantenere standard così alti nel servizio, nella cucina e nei servizi offerti da e nella struttura e, contemporaneamente, offrire una accoglienza empatica e familiare non è per nulla scontato e per questo la mia ammirazione è ancora maggiore. Un plauso va alla cucina che ho ritenuto anch'essa di ottimo livello e al servizio in sala che ho trovato impeccabile. Chiudo ricordando le figure di Walter Zemmer e della moglie Lotte che aprirono le porte di Uhrerhof nel lontano 1972. Il loro amore e dedizione per il lavoro si respirano ancora tra le pareti e nei prati adiacenti la struttura e sono portati avanti con orgoglio da figli e nipoti, segno questo che, oltre che bravi imprenditori, sono stati anche degli ottimi genitori.

Ein wundersch?nes, mit viel Herz und Liebe zum Detail geführtes Familienhotel! Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – ruhig, aber dennoch zentral, mit traumhafter Aussicht vom Pool. Der Saunabereich ist sehr gepflegt und l?dt zum Entspannen ein. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die herzliche und zuvorkommende Art des gesamten Teams – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Auch das Essen ist hervorragend, regional und frisch zubereitet. Toll sind au?erdem die Wandertipps, die es von der Familie gibt – ideal für aktive Urlauber. Rundum ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und Wiederkommen!

5/5 experience! Came to Italy with a group of friends for two weeks and the four nights we stayed at Charme Hotel Uhrerhof were our absolute favorite! For the rest of the trip, we wished we were back at this hotel enjoying the wonderful hospitality, the amazing spa facilities, the beautiful grounds and views, the comfortable rooms, and the delicious food. The hotel is tucked up above Ortisei in the small village of Bulla and the views from the infinity pool, the panoramic sauna, and even our room window were stunning! The bus stop was a short walk (less than 5 minutes) down the road and was super convenient to catch into town (and free thanks to the Val Gardena bus pass!). We alternated our days between hiking some of the iconic Dolomites trails in the region and relaxing at the hotel/spa. The facilities were spotless, well appointed, and very comfortable, whether you wanted to take a dip in the pool, relax and read on one of the lounging chairs/beds, or try out the sauna. We didn't end up booking any of the additional spa activities (bio sauna, etc.) because we were so satisfied with what was already available, but I'm sure those would have been just as wonderful. We took the option of half-board as a group and in addition to plentiful breakfast options (including made to order eggs and a fresh juicer!), each dinner was truly an amazing experience. Several courses including salads and a new soup every night. One of our friends had a dietary restriction and the staff were very accommodating. The hotel posts each menu in the morning and you can opt-out if you choose to dine elsewhere, but we never did! One of the nights we were doing a wine tour about an hour away that overlapped with the dinner time and we asked in the morning if we could be a little late and they were able to accommodate us! We could have easily eaten elsewhere, but we didn't want to! All of the staff and family members that run the hotel were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They even took note that it was my birthday during our stay and gave me a lovely note and small take-away gift at breakfast. Little details like that definitely set apart Charme Hotel Uhrerhof and made our stay that much better. If/when I come back through the region, I will definitely been staying here again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone else! Perfecto!

What an incrediblly wonderful hotel! We spent three nights there and really wish we could have extended our stay. The hotel is well located, about 10 minutes outside of Ortesei, with its own beautiful rose garden and grounds. The service is impeccable, both highly efficient and warm. We had breakfasts and dinners there each day and the food is delicious.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Charme Hotel Uhrerhof in Bulla. In less than 10 minutes by bus, we left the hustle and bustle of Ortisei and arrived at this beautifully furnished and decorated chalet-like hotel where every detail has been carefully considered. The Zimmer family provides top notch professional and gracious service with a smile. Our stay included an excellent breakfast with hot and cold dishes. Each evening we were served a delicious 5-course dinner - one of the highlights of our stay! It was fun having the Zimmer’s son play the accordion for us one night while we had dessert. Our room was spacious, and the bathroom had a shower and large soaking tub. After a day of hiking, we thoroughly enjoyed returning to Uhrerhof to relax in the stunning infinity pool and sauna and to sip on a cocktail in a common living room. We have stayed at a lot of very nice boutique hotels and inns, and Charme Hotel Uhrerhof Deur ranks as one of our favorites!

My wife and I stayed 3 nights at this wonderful hotel. It is probably our favorite hotel of all time! The only thing better than the charming hotel and beautiful surrounding grounds is the Zemmer-Mayrhofer family who own and run it! They were so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were beautiful, large and very clean. The service and food were also impeccable. Our only two regrets are that we did not stay longer and were not able to see the amazing Rose Garden in full bloom during the summer. We will definitely be back! Thank you very much Zemmer-Mayrhofer family and we will see you again soon!

My partner and I loved staying here - the wellness spa and sauna were magical and therapeutic. The rosarium and dinner/breakfast were also some of our favorite highlights. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway!
