I understand that there are reviews that the service staff ask us to write, but this is different. Mr. Palanivel received us well at the reception, showed us a number of rooms to choose, gave us an exceptional service by attending to our needs on time and guiding appropriately. The most interesting person I met is Mr. J.S. Jaya Pradeep, the owner of Pine Borough Inn. (Talk to him and figure it out ;) The rooms are good. New renovations were happening but they made sure it didn't disturb our peace. Thought-provoking quotes can be found wherever you turn (photos added). It's truly a refreshing experience. Do visit without a second thought. You won't regret it.
