Excelente. A decora??o, os funcionários, os melhores que já encontrei no Hotel Montebelo. Cinco estrelas em tudo. Restaurante excelente. Apenas um sen?o, os carros que estacionam nos lugares de carregamento elétrico, que nem movidos a eletricidade s?o. Avisada a rece??o, nada fez ou quis fazer, e só no dia a seguir à chegada, pude carregar o carro. A rever.

Ficámos numa casinha (a que chamam apartamento) afastada do edifício principal, o que desde logo dificulta o acesso (o parque de estacionamento fica distante), é exterior, logo temos de ir à chuva de um lado para o outro, desmotiva para ir ao spa ou á piscina - perdeu-se logo a vontade. Pontos positivos: a recupera??o arquitetónica dos espa?os, a visita oferecida ao museu e capela, as lojas; a simpatia do atendimento, o fabuloso pequeno-almo?o e a temperatura na habita??o.

Wonderfully restored area of Vista Alegre, Hotel concept really cool, service super taking guest to the rooms via buggy?? the pool is fantastic with warm salt water. Pet friendly room super.

Before beginning, as usual, I will break down my review into distinct areas to give a clearer and more organised overview of my stay. Cleanliness The hotel is exceptionally well maintained, with spotless rooms and common areas. Housekeeping works with great efficiency and attention to detail, ensuring everything feels fresh, tidy, and hygienic throughout the entire stay. Staff & Friendliness The staff are extremely professional and discreet. Every interaction is courteous and smooth, with a quiet efficiency that enhances the overall sense of comfort. Their approach creates a welcoming yet unobtrusive atmosphere, allowing guests to feel well cared for at all times. Rooms The room I stayed in included a well-equipped kitchen, which was a great convenience. The décor blends modern style with classic touches, complemented by many pieces from the iconic Vista Alegre brand. I stayed in a building that used to house the factory’s workers, so the architecture retains its historic character, including smaller windows typical of older constructions. Despite this, the room was comfortable, functional, and full of charm. Comfort & Décor The overall design combines contemporary comfort with elements that reflect the region’s cultural and artistic heritage. The furniture is cosy, the lighting pleasant, and the decorative details—especially the Vista Alegre porcelain pieces—give the space a refined, authentic personality. Location The location is excellent for anyone wanting to explore the Vista Alegre factory, museum, and shops—which I did. Staying at the hotel also granted me a complimentary visit to the museum, a very pleasant bonus. The surrounding area is extremely peaceful, immersed in nature, and provides a relaxing environment ideal for unwinding. Food The breakfast is of excellent quality, served in a very comfortable and elegant setting. The products are fresh and tasty. The only point of improvement is the variety, which could be slightly wider, although the existing selection is of high standard. Value for Money Given the level of comfort, the unique cultural setting, and the professional service, the hotel offers very good value for money. The experience feels special, authentic, and relaxing, making it a great choice for both cultural visits and peaceful getaways.

Um hotel que aproveita algumas infraestruturas da fábrica de porcelanas Vista Alegre e se enquadra no seu complexo histórico . Instala??es amplas, com conforto, e com inúmeros espa?os para convívio, além das piscinas e ginásio. Excelente servi?o e de pequeno almo?o.

Taking advantage of a visit to the Vista Alegre Museum, I had lunch last Friday at the restaurant of the Montebelo Hotel. Although the staff member on duty was very kind, the overall service did not meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel. There was only one person attending the dining area, which made the service quite slow, and the dishes arrived at the table no longer at the proper temperature.

Mooi hotel met brute architectuur. We hadden een kamer in het “oude” deel van het hotel maar dat was meer dan prima. De kamer was zeer mooi en ruim, rustig gelegen en voorzien van de verwachte faciliteiten. Goede bedden, ruime badkamer met douche, terras. Het terrein behoort tot de marmerfabriek en voorzag in vroegere tijden accommodatie voor de werknemers. Er zit dus bijna een heel dorp verscholen achter het hoofdgebouw, inclusief kerk en theater. Het museum is echt een must-do, je krijgt een voucher voor gratis toegang bij het inchecken. Het ontbijt was excellent. Verwarmd groot zwembad, voldoende ligzetels. Puntje van kritiek: de bar aan het zwembad is de naam niet waardig en die aan het restaurant is ongezellig. Weet ook dat het hotel geen adults only service biedt.

没想到订到了这家葡萄牙顶级瓷器品牌厂址的酒店，水疗中心很大，泳池水温很舒服。旁边有教堂，工厂店，瓷器博物馆。离城中心租车10分钟。房间不错。就是早餐一般般。
