You booked you room on 23/03/2025 from 22/05 till 27/05. Upon your arrival you did not mentioned that you wanted to check out one day earlier so we were not aware of your needs, otherwise we would have been more than happy to waive the penalty fees as you would have cancelled the last night within the terms you accepted by booking with us and through *******. On 25/05 evening you asked us to check if the driver you personally booked to the airport the following morning was confirmed and that’s the moment you realized you booked the wrong dates as we told you that your reservation was till 27/05.As we explained you it hard to resell the rooms with such a short notice and yes, we were sold out with your reservation.Our manager would have been on duty the following moring from 9am, but your driver arrived to take you to the airport.We truly care about our guests and their needs, we understand that sometimes plans can change and we are more than keen to accomodate the requests when possibile, but in this case, we are sorry, it was not possibile because of the very short notice,Regards,Hotel Ilaria
