Four villas on the property quite close together but nice established gardens. Host was easy to deal with. The Villa was comfortable and in a good location. In need of a deep clean as it was dusty (skirting boards and banisters) and walls a bit dirty (especially next to the toilet). Kettle needed a good clean or replaced. Outside bins could be placed in a different location as it did disrupt the beautiful weeping cherry tree view at the front window. Besides these few things it was a nice stay.

Excellent location. Walk to the lake. Decor was gorgeous. Everything you needed was in the villa. We loved the spa bath and having two decks. Equally enjoyable were the beds… so comfortable. If Daylesford wasn’t so beautiful we could have slept all day.

Stayed for 5 nights during the peak Victoria winter month. Starting from booking with Sally and Brian was a breeze. Stayed in Villa1 which was an amazing place to stay. Gas heating kept me cost and warm during the stay. Nicely refurbished villa with a modern kitchen, gas cooktop and kitchen amenities. Spacious bathroom with a spa and shower. Take a walk/run along the Daylesford lake which is next to the Villas. Dedicated parking spaces inside. The town centre is a 10 minute walk. Highly recommend the Villas for couples and families. Housekeeper Kerry was nice and helpful. Thank you Sally and Brian.

from the start sally was extremely prompt in replying to messages. we loved walking in to the aircon being on a hot 35 degree day and lovely soft playing music. we found the villa extremely clean. plenty of towel's and loved the salts and candles for use with the spa which was much loved after a hot day to relax the .sally had left a bottle of champagne in the fridge for my 60th birthday which was totally unexpected and so kind of her. and plenty of utensils and coffee and tea bags variety and biscuits was lovely to have with your coffee/tea. great u had two different sitting areas. and loved the xmas light around the front fence to see them sparkle at night time. would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone heading to that part of the world to go stay at theses villas. they also come in different bed sizes we just needed the one bed. great to have a full kitchen as well as a microwave if needed.

What a stunning property for a family holiday - a cute-as-a-button villa just a two-minute walk from the lake and a one-minute drive from the main street. Parents have their own bedroom downstairs while the kids sleep on the mezzanine. It was spotlessly clean, the mattresses were divine, the gas heater kept the whole villa toasty on a -4C night and the spa bath was lovely. It was our first visit to the charming town of Daylesford and we will definitely return and stay here again.
