On arrival we were told our room had been cancelled. We advised them that our room was definitely not cancelled and we managed to get them to provide us with a room. The room was average, the cupboard door in the kitchen was falling off it’s hinges.

Super Location
Fabulous, super close to the Mount Hot Pools and all local restuarants, the beach. We were so impressed with the size and comfort. TV was a little challenging for us - however so much else to do was not an issue. Reception staff were fabulous and instructions for our out of hours check in were seamless. Venue is quiet and peaceful

Great ocean views
We had an amazing weekend at the Beaumont Apartments. The weather was great which made the views even better. So handy to everything at The Mount including places to eat and see. We had awesome views from out Oceanview Apartment and an outdoor table to sit and enjoy it from. The Apartment was really nice and clean and included everything we would need for our stay.

Walk to beach or harbour. Near shopping and restaurants. Nice garden setting.

Great stay right in the heart of the Mount. (Opposite the hot pools - get 20% off when staying here).

The check-in was confusing, there was no-one there to check you in. It was only because people were leaving the building that informed me what to do as you can't enter without your key. You could hardly hear the instructions through the intercom, hence we ended up in the wrong room and then were made to go downstairs to office when I was needing to get to my event to try and sort it out. Was very disappointed in this stay.

The apartment was a good size, on the third floor with a beautiful view of Pilot Bay. The manager was great, phoning us first to make check in easy.
The decor was dated and the kitchen and bathroom were in need of work and an update, but were clean and tidy.
Adding bedside lamps, a lamp in the lounge and some modern artwork would have created a more welcoming feel and softened the harsh lighting. The plug in fan was welcome to help control the humidity.
The building is in a great spot to walk to beach and harbour, restaurants, bars and the hotpools.
We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Please leave enough rubbish bags/ dishwasher tabs to the time booked. We had booked for 5 days, only 1 dishwasher tab and no extra rubbish bags. Had to keep going to the office. Very annoying
