SR MIGUEL we are very sorry that you did not feel comfortable in our best room, we refer to the bed that has a size of 2 by 2 with a mattress that meets all the standards and requirements of the hotel, in terms of the bathroom, which is unique and innovative but we understand that due to its eco-design it may not have been to your liking. In our statistics of more than 200 people staying in that room, it is the first time that it is not pleasant for someone.
