I recently stayed at City Gate House and had a great experience. The location is excellent—close to key attractions, transport, and plenty of dining options. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to help with any requests. Overall, a smooth, pleasant stay. I would gladly return.

Mr. Amir, the night receptionist, really helped us a lot! With his kind assistance??, our problem was solved ASAP even though it was midnight. I would say that the room was worth the price, since it is located almost in the center of London.

Decent location and great host. Could do with a bit of updating and the original checkout time was incorrect on their listing. Beyond that decent place to stay.

We had such a great stay, it was the perfect spot to explore London for a couple of days. Well connected, clean and quiet with super friendly and helpful staff. 10/10 recommend!

Absolutely loved my stay here! The room was spotless, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed. Ali was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. Great location too — close to restaurants and public transport. Highly recommended!
