Samantha is truly one of the best Jumeirah has ever had. She demonstrates genuine care for guests’ feelings and their overall perception of the hotel, always ensuring they feel completely comfortable throughout their stay. She is also highly attentive to guests’ special occasions and makes a sincere effort to celebrate these moments with them, not only as a Jumeirah hotel employee, but as a true ambassador of the Jumeirah Group as a whole. Despite our many experiences with Jumeirah in Bali and several Jumeirah properties in Dubai all of which we consider among the best compared to other, Samantha made our London stay truly exceptional and elevated the overall experience to an entirely different level. Honestly, she is an outstanding employee in every sense of the word. We sincerely wish her continued success and growth in her career, and we hope other employees follow her example of excellence and dedication.

The New Year’s Eve event at Jumeirah Carlton London was simply spectacular. Impeccably organized, with outstanding food and vibrant music, the evening flowed effortlessly. The atmosphere was electric, filled with the unmistakable buzz and elegance that Jumeirah is known for. A truly memorable and stylish way to welcome the New Year. ?

Quite simply, the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. Everything was nothing less than exceptional. The room was very tastefully decorated, and all of the amenities in the room were top-class. The turn-down service was so thorough and thoughtful too; the small touches don't go unnoticed.

We recently stayed at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower in London for the first time and I honestly can’t imagine coming to London again and staying anywhere else. From the moment we arrived, everything about our experience was seamless and special. We were kindly upgraded to a City View room which made our stay even more memorable. The staff were outstanding: polite, genuinely happy, and incredibly approachable,not just with us but with our children as well. It’s rare to find that level of consistent warmth across all interactions. Our room was impeccably maintained each day and I particularly appreciated the thoughtful approach to sustainability, whether it was the mindful reuse of towels and bed linens or the fact that extras like toothbrushes or body lotion were provided when needed but not wasted by default. The hotel itself is simply stunning. Every detail from the spoons to the plates, body products, and even the toothbrushes speaks to impeccable quality and luxury. It’s a place where you truly feel taken care of. As Muslim travelers, it meant a great deal to find a room equipped with a shutoff (bidet), which is quite rare to find in UK hotels. That small but meaningful touch made our stay even more comfortable. We recommend this hotel 100% to anyone visiting London and as for us, we’re already planning our return. A solid 1000% from us!

The Carlton Tower Hotel is located in the heart of Knightsbridge and has spacious, modernised rooms with spectacular views (particularly at the upper floors). The staff is attentive and very friendly. The breakfast buffet was a bit limited for a 5* hotel but overall totally fine. Very cool lounge and fitness areas. The hotel is very family friendly. Perfect for a city trip with kids if you’re looking for a high quality stay.

My family and I visited Jumeirah Carlton for an afternoon tea for a special occasion and it was one of the best we have had in London. The sandwiches, scones, cakes & tea varieties were absolutely top notch with beautiful ingredients for each. We have visited many London hotels for afternoon tea but this was the best! Thank you to Kieron and colleague (sorry didn’t get his name) nothing was too much hassle, your service was exceptional thank you to both of you, we are already planning our next visit.
